De Southern & Secret Food Tour is uw insider pass naar Savannah's meest geliefde smaken en verborgen culinaire schatten. Dit plein is beroemd omdat het de plek is waar de bankscènes in Forrest Gump werden gefilmd.
Dit is het oudste en grootste stadsplein van Savannah. Het staat bekend om zijn torenhoge bladerdak van levende eiken.
Dit plein werd herrezen in de vroege jaren 2000 en herbergt de levendige City Market gebied van de binnenstad.

This was an awesome experience. Great food and a Great guide. If you can ask for Riley, you will have the best time. Wear your walking shoes and don't eat breakfast!

This is a great way to get a sampling of the diverse culinary choices in Savannah and learn a little bit about the city’s history. The food choices were wonderful and our guide, Shannon, was amazing.

My family and I love taking food tours in new cities we visit. We have done many around the country. We all agreed that COUNTRY was the best tour guide we ever had. She was knowledgeable, entertaining, and kept us engaged the entire time. The food stops were also really good and we over the 3 hours we walked around the city we felt we learned a lot about the history of the city and tried places we normally would not have.
Country is a hoot-and-a-half, and we are so thrilled that you enjoyed your time with her, tasting your way around the city. We'll be sure to pass along your glowing review to her (she will love it!). Come back and see us (and Country) soon!
We made a reservation with this tour company based on the time of day they offered the tour. Unfortunately, we received a text the day before our reservation that they wanted to change the time due to not having enough people signed up at the time we had reserved. This did not work for us so they refunded us and we booked with another tour company where we ended up being the only couple on the tour but that company did not ask us to reschedule or cancel our tour. We were highly disappointed with this tour company as we were only in the area for a couple days and didn’t have a lot of flexibility with our schedule. We were fortunate to find another tour company who honored our reservation.

The tour lasted around 3 hours. We went to many places and sampled food from the menu's. Along with the great food, we learned lots of history about each stop and all the spots in between. Great tour.

Great tour with Shannon! Glib, humorous, and she knows her Savannah! Nice group of 10 people. The food and historical stops were well-selected. My personal favorite was the biscuit and gravy in the Vietnamese restaurant. I brought a water bottle as recommended, but it really wasn't needed because cups of cold water were available at every tasting. We finished earlier than advertised, but not by much. My tour departure time was changed twice, and I ended up going 2 hours earlier than planned. Some confusion about our meeting place location, but otherwise good communications from Viator.

Cyndi, the tour guide was amazing, food was very good. Learned a lot of history. Viator however, was not good. They sent confirmation of where to go and where to show up and it was incorrect. We were late for our tour because we were at the wrong location. When we called, they said we’re so sorry we should’ve called you. That is frustrating when you pay $180 for a tour.
