Bekijk belangrijke Londense bezienswaardigheden van bovenaf en ondergronds tijdens deze 4 uur durende privétour in een 'black cab'! Een deskundige vriendelijke chauffeur begeleidt u tijdens deze tour bij uw bezoek aan de nauwelijks bekende Londense ondergrondse tunnels onder de Theems en naar diverse uitkijkpunten in Londen met een panoramisch uitzicht. Beklim het Monument to the Great Fire of London, bekijk de koepel van St Paul's Cathedral en ga met de kabelbaan over de Theems.

Aangekomen in een klassieke Londense zwarte taxi, haalt uw privéchauffeur / gids u op bij uw hotel in het centrum van Londen, en dan bent u op weg. Ontspan in de comfortabele stoelen van de zwarte cabine, met airconditioning en een glazen panoramisch dak, leun achterover en kijk hoe de bezienswaardigheden van Londen voorbij trekken terwijl uw vriendelijke gids u over deze fantastische stad vertelt - van boven en van onder!
Hoewel de skyline van Londen terecht beroemd is, weten niet zo veel mensen van het netwerk van ondergrondse tunnels van de stad - we zullen stoppen om enkele van deze fascinerende tunnels onder de rivier de Theems te verkennen en een ondergrondse kerkcrypte te bezoeken. Hoor over het gebruik van de tunnels tijdens de Victoriaanse tijd en leer over de geheime gangen die naar verluidt in de wereldoorlogen werden gebruikt.
Na het verkennen van de ondergrond, ga je terug naar het daglicht om je reis door het centrum van Londen voort te zetten. Beklim de trap met 311 treden in het Monument to the Great Fire of London (of simpelweg 'the Monument', zoals Londenaren het kennen) om een geweldig uitzicht over de stad te krijgen en een certificaat te krijgen om te bewijzen dat je het ook hebt gedaan. Je gids neemt je mee door City of London voor een ongelooflijk uitzicht op de koepel van St Paul's Cathedral.
Bewonder de skyline van Westminster vanaf de top van een toren en bekijk de topattracties van Londen zoals de Big Ben en de Houses of Parliament vanaf dit panoramische uitkijkpunt. Je tour kan een verleidelijke aanblik van de rivier de Theems bevatten terwijl je erboven steekt met de nieuwe Thames Cable Car (tegen betaling) die de Royal Docks van Londen verbindt met de Royal Borough of Greenwich, aan de zuidkant van de rivier. Absolutely loved this half-day tour with Greg. Did you know that London taxi drivers go through 4 years of courses/training before they are able to take the roads?! The knowledge of and to the the city of London are evident from the welcome. Greg loves this city. He loves history. He loves the Beatles. From hotel pickup, Greg turned on the tunes and took us to the beginning of it all. Many tours start the tour depending on proximity of pick up. Greg told ya to settle in and sit back. He was going in chronological order to really give us the full experience. Such a gentleman, very patient for the needs of these tourists. We cannot recommend him enough. DO IT! Stop researching Beatles tours. This is the one.
We did this tour with David and I cannot imagine a more knowledge guide. He quickly learned our interests and took us places we wouldn't have gone on our own but would definitely go again because of this tour.
This was an amazing way to start our trip in London. Our taxi driver, Greg, was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Can not recommend this enough!
My husband, daughter and I had a fabulous London tour with Greg. He picked us up at our hotel on a rainy morning at 9AM. He was so knowledgeable and accommodating. He adapted on the fly as he became aware of our daughters interests in the royal family and Harry Potter and my husbands interests in history and music. Greg gave us the opportunity to get out of the car and do some walking, when the rain let up. His interest in the history of London was obvious, genuine and infectious. The time just flew by and before we knew it, our 4 hour tour was over. If we have the opportunity to return to London, we would certainly do another tour and request Greg. We highly recommend this tour!

My husband and I along with two dear friends were in London in September. We had planned a city tour of London for September 9, but the tour company cancelled on us due to a citywide bicycle tour. We were able to book a tour with Capital Taxi Tours at the last minute. We had a limited time to view the city and we had never been there before. We were so fortunate to have an outstanding travel guide in Michael. We were picked up at our hotel in a very clean, comfortable, and air conditioned cab, which even included an amplification system so we could all hear clearly. Michael was able to make the most of our limited time in London. His love of London was truly infectious. Beside showing us the famous places in the city, Michael was able to give us a history of the period so we were better able to appreciate what we were seeing. Michael truly made our brief visit to London special. We could not have had a better guide of London. We hope to be able to visit London again and continue our tour this fascinating city.
