Bezoek het Griekse eiland Kos op deze zelfstandige dagtrip vanuit Bodrum, en geniet van een dag vrije tijd om kennis te maken met de geschiedenis en het landschap van het eiland! Geniet van adembenemende stranden, koop souvenirs van het Griekse eiland of ontdek historische bezienswaardigheden zoals het 14e-eeuwse kasteel van de Ridders van Kos. Vervoer heen en terug per draagvleugelboot is inbegrepen, maar alle activiteiten, toegangsprijzen en eten zijn voor eigen rekening.

U wordt opgehaald bij uw hotel Bodrum en vervolgens stapt u aan boord van de draagvleugelboot in Bodrum voor een tocht van ongeveer twintig minuten in zuidwestelijke richting naar het eiland Kos. Kos is het meest oostelijk gelegen Griekse eiland in de zuidoostelijke Egeïsche Zee en is gezegend met een paradijselijk landschap en een rijke geschiedenis. Na aankomst in de haven bepaalt u zelf hoe u uw tijd wilt besteden op het prachtige eiland. Entreeprijzen, eten en drinken zijn voor eigen rekening. Volg de voetstappen van zonaanbidders en geniet van een dag zonnebaden op het zand van de beste stranden van het eiland. Bezoek het Paradijsstrand voor zacht zand en kalme wateren, ontspan in rustige afzondering op het Limnionas-strand of wandel langs de kust op het Agios Theologos-kiezelstrand. Als u graag de stedelijke lekkernijen van het eiland wilt ontdekken, gaat u naar Kos-stad om de met palmen omzoomde straten te verkennen, vol restaurants, bars en winkels. De stad is de thuisbasis van een aantal van de interessantere historische bezienswaardigheden en Romeinse ruïnes van het eiland. U kunt ook een bezoek brengen aan het kasteel van de ridders (Kasteel Kos Nerantzia) om de ruïnes van torens, kantelen en stadsmuren te verkennen die dateren uit de tijd van het ridderbewind. De groep christelijke kruisvaarders bezette de stad in de 14e eeuw en hield daar ongeveer 200 jaar stand. Nadat u heeft genoten van uw dag, gaat u op eigen gelegenheid en op de afgesproken tijd terug naar de haven van het eiland. Vervolgens gaat u weer aan boord van de draagvleugelboot, en vaart u terug over de zee naar Bodrum. Uw dagtrip eindigt nadat u bent afgezet bij uw hotel in Bodrum.

We were meant to be picked up from our hotel, day before we were told to make our own way to the port, I asked for directions and was given directions to the nearest cab rank. 1 hour wait at customs x 4 in the searing heat. No explanation from the tour company, 8 hour trip was down to 4 hours after the customs. Terrible service all round
Hello, sorry but you are giving incomplete information. In your whatsapp correspondence with us, you wrote that you want to go to the Bodrum port yourself. We sent you the location of the Bodrum port, we described the nearest taxi stand, and you went by taxi of your own accord. (I can send copies of correspondence if you want) You refused our transfer service. You state that you learned that you will receive incomplete service the day before, so why didn't you go for the cancellation right away? You have such a right the day before. Also, if you are traveling from one country to another, it is normal for customs checks to take 1 hour.
The actual trip was lovely the only thing that spoilt it was the customs on both sides.we queued for about 2.5 hours in total

The trip itself was great, we enjoyed Kos Town, however, organisation at both Bodrum and Kos ports in respect of immigration was incredibly chaotic both ways, there was a totally unmanaged crowd of people not knowing where to line up or which direction to go in, we would have made a second trip during our two week stay in Bodrum, however, the chaos at both ports put us off!

Very impressed Collected at our hotel ina mini bus and dropped of at the pier. Took 25 minutes on the hydrofoil to get to Kos. We had about 6 hours to explore this beautiful place before returning home. Would definitely recommend

The city of Kos isn't very interesting. There is unnecessary to use the colorful tourist train 'cause just 2-3 places deserves to be watched/visited. The beach is good.

This should have been a nice day trip but nothing could be further from the truth At the departure 3/4 hour delay and what was supposed to be a crossing of 35 min has become 50 min. The return trip was even worse 1 hour delay and a crossing of 1h15 min and then one could not properly dock and has had to do this again In short, an unmitigated disaster with that boat

It is worth a day trip, even if a lot of time is wasted in the various checks at the port! Day between markets and local customs. To taste absolutely the real kebab!!!

Self bought a ticket in the port from kos to bodrum. Duration 30 minutes. Construction at the center. Nice day trip. Everything neatly arranged. Visa Nut Needed.

The transfer itself was nice and worth the price! But arriving at the port you must cross the vendor with the fake stuff, those people will try everything to literally pull you in their shops and sell you cheap replica for ridiculous price. Also the real points of interest I.e the under water museum and the castle are both under renovation until 2020..so unless buying cheap fake things for extravagant tourist price is on the menu..there is really no reason for the effort.

a different day if you are in Bodrum, 40 minutes by ferry and you are in Greece, in Kos, to see the castle, the tree of Hippocrates .. the island is rich in ruins of Greek-Roman antiquity, the island can be 'turned all by renting a scooter ..
