Bezoek het prachtige Griekse eiland Rodos op deze zelfstandige dagtrip vanuit Marmaris, inclusief retourticket voor de catamaran en vervoer van en naar de haven van Marmaris. Vaar naar de hoofdstad van Rodos en ontdek de oude stad, een UNESCO-werelderfgoed, gesticht door de Ridders van de Johannieterorde. Breng daarna de tijd door zoals u wilt. Ontdek de geplaveide straatjes van de oude binnenstad, de prachtige Ridderstraat en het Paleis van de Grootmeesters, proef de Griekse gerechten, koop souvenirs of geniet van de pittoreske haven, stranden en moderne winkelstraten. Activiteiten, eten en drinken zijn voor eigen rekening.

U wordt opgehaald met de bus / minibus van het dichtstbijzijnde ontmoetingspunt naar uw hotels in Icmeler, Marmaris, Armutalan regio tussen 07:30-08:30 in de ochtend. Uw verzamelpunt en exacte tijd worden gegeven wanneer u uw tour in de regio bevestigt. Let op het voertuignummer op het raam van het voertuig waar u instapt, want u moet op dezelfde genummerde bus stappen wanneer u terugkeert naar de haven van Marmaris. Er zal ook een ''Rhodes Shuttle Service '' teken op de voorruit van de voertuigen.
Nadat alle instapprocedures zijn voltooid en alle passagiers zijn aangekomen, zal de Ferry Boat vertrekken en, wederom afhankelijk van de weersomstandigheden en de dichtheid van het zeeverkeer, zal onze aankomsttijd naar Rhodos tussen de 55 en 75 minuten zijn.
Na aankomst op Rhodos Island, ziet u direct de ingang van Rhodos Old Town, als u wilt kunt u hier al uw tijd doorbrengen (u heeft ongeveer 4 uur.) Doe wat de meeste bezoekers doen en ga rechtstreeks naar de oude binnenstad van Rhodos die op de UNESCO-lijst staat, en ga door een van de zeven poorten in de muren. Breng vervolgens de dag door met het verkennen van de geplaveide straatjes en gotische, Frankische en Ottomaanse pareltjes van deze prachtige wijk die in de 14e eeuw door de ridders van St John werd gesticht. Bewonder de Straat van de Ridders en bezoek het Paleis van de Grootmeesters, het Archeologisch Museum en het Museum voor Decoratieve Kunsten. Duik in de doolhofachtige steegjes om de prachtige middeleeuwse architectuur te zien; winkel voor Rhodese kant en keramiek, en proef Griekse gerechten in de taverna's en cafés. Of ga naar het moderne winkelgebied van de hoofdstad, luier op de stranden of geniet van het uitzicht vanaf de historische haven van Mandraki, ooit de plek van de Kolossus van Rhodos, een van de zeven wonderen van de Oude Wereld.
U dient vóór 15:00 uur in de middag in de haven te zijn om in te checken. Na ontvangst van uw nieuwe instapkaart wordt u opnieuw naar de paspoortcontrole geleid. Afhankelijk van het seizoen kan er ook hier een lange wachttijd zijn bij de paspoortcontrole.
Nadat alle controles weer zijn uitgevoerd, vertrekt onze Ferry Boat naar Marmaris, nogmaals, de reistijd kan tussen de 55 en 90 minuten zijn.
Nadat onze Ferry Boat in Marmaris Port is aangekomen, wordt de paspoortcontrole opnieuw uitgevoerd. Opmerking; Vraag de autoriteiten naar de winkellimieten die u zult maken bij Rhodes taxfree en Marmaris taxfree winkels. Wij zijn niet verantwoordelijk voor eventuele problemen die zich kunnen voordoen. Na het passeren van de paspoortcontrole, zorg ervoor dat u in het juiste voertuig stapt op de parkeerplaats, let op het voertuignummer dat u 's ochtends bent aangekomen.
Nadat u in uw voertuigen bent gestapt, zetten ze u 's ochtends af bij het verzamelpunt waar ze u hebben opgehaald.

- Alle deelnemers moeten op de dag van de reis een geldig paspoort bij zich hebben. Een geldig Schengenvisum is verplicht om deel te nemen aan deze tour. Reizigers zonder de vereiste documenten worden niet toegelaten tot de tour en er wordt geen restitutie verleend.
- Veerdiensten tussen Turkije en Griekenland kunnen worden geannuleerd als gevolg van operationele of overheidsbeslissingen. In dergelijke gevallen worden gasten geïnformeerd en wordt een volledige terugbetaling uitgegeven.
- Sommige hotels in Marmaris bevinden zich in gebieden die moeilijk bereikbaar zijn met de auto. In dergelijke gevallen worden gasten doorverwezen naar het dichtstbijzijnde ophaalpunt.
- De starttijd van de tour verwijst naar de officiële vertrektijd. De ophaal- of vergadertijd kan eerder zijn, afhankelijk van de locatie van het hotel en wordt na het boeken bevestigd.
- Alle deelnemers moeten hun volledige naam, paspoortnummer, vervaldatum van het paspoort en land van uitgifte opgeven op het moment van boeking.
- Als de Havenbelasting tijdens de reservering als exclusief is geselecteerd, moet deze op de dag van de tour contant in de haven worden betaald. Creditcards worden niet geaccepteerd.

You get exactly what you book. Everything is organized for you, and you don't have to worry about anything. The pickup worked perfectly and was on time. The only downside was the poor flow of information. You need to proactively contact the organizer regarding the pickup (this is stated on the ticket but can easily be overlooked). I am not familiar with this, and it is something that could be improved in terms of service. The organizer cannot be blamed for the other guests who absolutely had to shop at the Duty Free Shop, which delayed the bus departure, but it was frustrating.

Outbound crossing from Marmaris to Rhodes was absolutely awful. Very rough crossing and most passengers were vomiting ! No vomit bags anywhere, so everyone was improvising 🤮 using carrier bags etc. I think the captain was flooring it big time and making it a gut wrenching experience. However, Rhodes was beautiful, had lovely food in Lipsy restaurant in the old bit of the town. We bought some anti sickness medication from the pharmacy on Rhodes( they must be making a roaring trade ) for the trip back to Marmaris and some carrier bags we managed to accumulate .The trip back was in a newer more comfortable catamaran and strangely enough it was a lot slower, more pleasant sailing experience. So… moral of the story is take anti sickness meds with you just in case as it not pleasant puking ya guts up ! 😂
Hello, your comment is completely unrealistic. You know this activity will be on an open-sea ferry. From your comment, I understand that you were affected by a few minutes of heavy waves. Other than that, everything went well. We don't deserve two stars.
Very nice island, I recommend taking the tourist bus to see all the attractions. Stone beach with crystal clear waters.

The Time in Rhodes is rather short. If the catamaran leaves at 9am there are always two passport checks so the visiting time is just from 10.30 till 14:45. Try to spend at least one night in Rhodes to enjoy the time.

So our coach driver was pleasant and punctual that part of the trip was ok so this review is not really a bad reflection on the tour company as they just arrange transfers to the ferry and back. The pick at 7.30am seemed a bit excessively early but it is October so I’m guessing it may be busier during the summer so they accommodate for that. Rhodes was beautiful even though we only had around 4hrs there apposed to the 6 states when booking. Our return journey was an absolute nightmare! We was told by staff to que for check-in even though after a 1 hr wait we was then told we didn’t need to que and go straight to the terminal.we then waited a further hour for passport control And local people seem to think it’s ok to jump the que!not acceptable where I come from.staff were unhelpful and rude in Rhodes. We then waited for our ferry back for about another 25mins and then told We couldn’t get in so had to wait for the Next. Personally Rhodes is worth a visit but not like this.around 8hrs of travelling wiring around and queing for a 4hr day on the island.waste of my time and money

The catamaran trip was longer than expected (1hr 20 at least) and I didn’t realise you have to stay seated inside the whole time. We ended up with around 3.5 hours to look around. It was a nice taste of Rhodes but it’s a shame the queuing at the port and security took so long. It cut our leisure time down quite a bit. It’s a lovely trip to go and see Rhodes and one of the highlights was the nice dog at Marmaris Port.

they abandoned us in a foreign city, without wanting to help us, although the rides were already paid ! Not recomended !
You do not specify where you were dropped off in your comment. However, in the description of this product, it is written that there are transfer collection and drop-off points. In general, transfer vehicles collect and drop off guests from the main roads closest to the hotels where reservations are made.
Very good Journey , quick smooth and very successful day out in Rhodes. I really enjoyed that my transfer was on time and picked up at right location as well dropping us back. Only thing I would say is able to buy coffee and tea from boat would be better as well as having AC on during the journey.

It was a long day , when you spend a lot of time in queues at passport control both ends. There are no shops selling perfume.
Thank you for your comment. However, the long queues at the customs office are due to the high season. Shopping opportunities are limited in the customs areas in the towns, I am sorry about that. Im sure the trip is great however, just because you buy the tour does not mean they actually have ferry tickets. Unfortunately, we learned the hard way and found out at 11 PM that they did not have tickets for us the next day. Make sure you are checking your WhatsApp and email because they will contact you if they don’t have tickets. I wish they would have taken down the tour availability for the day the ferry tickets were not available so that we did not purchase and plan our whole day around the tour. They were hoping we could just go the next day but we could not. Its not fair to the customer. Luckily, we got a full refund.
We immediately sent you a message via Viator.com after your reservation, asking you to send your passport information urgently - NO ANSWER. At 15:30 we sent a message again via WhatsApp - NO ANSWER There is a warning that passport details are absolutely required for this tour, you did not comply with this rule... You should have known that you cannot register for another country without your passport information.... When we were able to contact you at MIDNIGHT, unfortunately it was too late. The ferry company's reservation system cannot make a reservation without your passport information. Getting your money back quickly is not your luck, but a favor to you as a local service provider. The mistake is entirely yours.
