Wat onze kookles uniek maakt, is de aandacht voor elk detail: van het gebruik van professioneel gereedschap en schorten van chef-kwaliteit tot het betrekken van de meest verse lokale ingrediënten, allemaal in een historische Verona-keuken. Onze leuke en gepassioneerde chefs Gids je bij elke stap, waardoor het leren van hands-on technieken plezierig wordt. Je neemt ook een zorgvuldig samengesteld Italiaans receptenkookboek mee naar huis om de gerechten thuis na te bootsen.

We had a wonderful time cooking. Alessandro and Alberto were a super team who were personable and humorous. They explained everything step by step and participated. They had many useful tips. The preparation was a lot of fun. The food was super delicious - we will definitely cook it again at home :) It was also exciting to meet other participants in the course.

We had a couple of great chefs teaching a small group Italian cooking in Verona. They communicated well., taught patiently, made sure each was involved, and gave tips and tricks for success along the way. We made delicious food and had fun doing. I’d definitely do it again.

The morning session is great. Excellent chef and teacher. Made a pasta, risoto and a taramasu. Along with some wine. Lasted about 3 1/2 hours. Worth the price.

Our family of four had a great time at this cooking school as part of a couple days in Verona. Given the focus of any trip to Italy on food (and wine), a short cooking lesson such as this is a great way to learn more about some of the key aspects of Italian cuisine. The session covered homemade pasta (most of our time was spent making the noodles from scratch), risotto, and tiramisu. Our instructor, Alessandro, was great and provided all instructions and background information with great clarity. The kitchen/studio was in the main downtown/old town area and a short walk from our hotel. Everything was very well-organized and convenient.
