Ontdek de wereld van Amarone tijdens een ontspannende wijnervaring van een halve dag van Verona naar de prachtige heuvels van Valpolicella. Ontmoet je Gids in het historische stadscentrum en reis comfortabel in een privé minibusje met maximaal acht gasten, wat zorgt voor een stressvrije ervaring met een kleine groep. Bezoek twee zorgvuldig geselecteerde wijnhuizen, gekozen vanwege hun authentieke karakter, familie gerunde traditie en toewijding aan duurzame wijnbereiding. Tijdens elk bezoek zullen de producenten zelf u Gids door hun kelders en het verhaal van hun landgoed, hun productiemethoden en de diepe band tussen de wijnen en het Valpolicella-gebied delen. Geniet van een begeleide proeverij van vier wijnen in elk wijnhuis, waaronder de gerenommeerde Amarone della Valpolicella, gecombineerd met een selectie lokale producten.

Uw ervaring begint in het historische centrum van Verona, bij Teatro Ristori. Hier ontmoet u uw Gids en sluit u zich aan bij een kleine groep (maximaal 8 personen) voordat u aan boord stapt van een comfortabel minibusje. Vanaf dit punt begint uw reis naar de wijnen van Verona en verkent u alles van Valpolicella tot het beroemde Amarone.
Uw eerste stop is een klein, door een familie beheerd wijnhuis dat een authentieke en persoonlijke ervaring biedt. Je ontmoet de producent, ontdekt hoe de wijn wordt bewaard en gerijpt, en geniet van een begeleide proeverij van vier wijnen. Tijdens de proeverij deelt de wijnmaker inzichten in de unieke kenmerken en tradities achter elk label.
Je gaat dan verder naar een tweede wijnmakerij, eveneens door een familie gerund maar met een modernere aanpak. Hier ontmoet u de producent en verkent u de verschillende ruimtes van de kelder voordat u begint met uw proeverij. Het bezoek wordt afgesloten met een begeleide proeverij van vier wijnen, waardoor u stijlen kunt vergelijken en uw begrip van de Valpolicella-regio kunt verdiepen.

Great tour and nice to see the difference between big and small winery and great wine tastings. Friendly and knowledgeable guide and in the hot weather the airconditioned van was a big plus.
Fantastic wine tasting at Franchini and La Dama in beautiful Valpolicella. Knowledgeful and dedicated hosts shared exciting stories about the area’s traditions and the production of Amarone. The tasting offered several great wines in beautiful surroundings, combined with genuine Italian hospitality. An absolute highlight on the trip to Lake Garda, highly recommended to anyone interested in wine and local food experiences.
We visited two wineries, Corte Borghetti and Corte Archi, only 20 minutes or so drive from Verona. The contrast between the two wineries and the approach to growing and making wines was very noticeable, which made the tour worthwhile. In total nine red wines were tasted and many bottles purchased. The air con in the van was welcomed and the insights provided by our guide helped so much. Very happy that we booked the tour.
Lorenzo was our tour guide and he was great. Very knowledgeable and friendly. The two wineries were beautiful in their own right. Food and wine were excellent. And the countryside views were amazing. True Italian wine experience. Loved it

A decent afternoon out. Got to taste 10ndifferent wines from 2 wineries. A medium sized winery and a small producer. Both interesting and both with excellent wine. The first winery gave decent sized portions and a fantastic selection of meats and cheeses to taste the wine with. The 2nd winery was a tad tight with the measures though.

Excellent host, knowledgeable speakers and great wine. Some of the wines are touted to pair very well with chocolate, they did not have any chocolate. That was the only down side. One of the vineyards had a few dogs who were very friendly. 10/10

Our group of 6 thoroughly enjoyed the chauffeured drive by Lorenzo and his informative commentary, and we loved the visit to La Dama and Francini family-operated vineyards. The visit to the cellars of both vineyards were picturesque, while the wine tastings were fabulous. An excellent tour that we would highly recommend.
