The meetup address provided by Viator was incorrect. Apparently the bike shop was in between locations. After wandering around town trying to find the shop, we messaged the operator and he met us with two bicycles in a public square. The online tour was lovely and interesting, but it would have been nice if the tour operator had provided telephone holders on the bicycles. We kept having to stop to look at our phones to make sure we were still on the route.
Communication was excellent, Miguel was very helpful and even let me join for a short time on a guided tour before I got started! The bike was great quality and rode very smooth. This is such a great way to see a city and get some exercise!! The app that is used is called Komoot, I recommend downloading beforehand, and the directions work offline with Bluetooth so I had no fear of getting lost! Would definitely recommend this to anyone, solo travelers or whoever!!
The tour was so beautiful. Miguel was so nice with us. Totally recommended. The view are amazing, the info, the bike are light weight.
