Maak je op voor een geweldige tour in de wereld van biologische wijn: je bezoekt samen met een lid van de Tili Family een van de oudste biologische wijnhuizen die het hele proces uitleggen om een fantastische biologische wijn te maken. Daarna kunt u alle producten van de boerderij proeven tijdens een begeleide proeverij, waarbij u 5 verschillende biologische wijnen van Assisi DOC en Umbria IGT zult proberen. De wijnen worden gecombineerd met warme bruschette met biologische extra vierge olijfolie, een selectie kazen en salami met jam en lokale biscotti met zoete wijn. Aan het einde ontvangt u een certificering van Apprentice Winemaker! Wij bieden op afspraak ophaalservice voor een vaste prijs de ophaalservice vanuit het stadscentrum van Assisi of Spello of het treinstation van Assisi.

We very much enjoyed our time at the family winery. We got from their cook book and tried a few of the recipes and they were amazing!
Great experience! This small, family-run vineyard has been operating for centuries and is amazing. We enjoyed the wines and appetizers so much. Our guide, Julia, was very knowledgeable about each wine and the winemaking process. We would highly recommend this tour and tasting!
We arrived at a fantastic beautiful place, all the way between the vines. We were taken care of by Maria who provided us with a very cozy private tasting with delicious homemade snacks. Annalaura later took over because another group also came in. We have tasted and bought delicious Wines, Olive Oil and Balsamic. We are Fan!!! Thanks, ladies.
We had a wonderful time at the “Winemaker for a Day” experience. It was just the two of us, which made it feel very personal and relaxed. The lady who guided us was fantastic—she explained everything in a simple and engaging way and patiently answered all our questions. We also loved the food, especially the spreads! The wine tasting was excellent, and we ended up buying both a bottle of wine and several bottles of their delicious olive oil. A lovely experience that we would highly recommend.
This tour was even better than anticipated! So informative , great wine and appetizers. The view from the vineyard is spectacular as well.

Annalaura and Maria were amazing. We learned about the history of the winery and how each wine was hand crafted. Wine was delicious and the snacks were perfectly paired.
We had a truly unforgettable experience in Assisi in this Umbrian winery. The tour of the winery was extremely interesting: they explained with passion and clarity all the phases of organic wine production transmitting the love and care they dedicate to their work. The tasting was a journey into the flavors and aromas of Umbria: excellent and well-balanced wines accompanied by high-quality local products. A really pleasant experience that we recommend to everyone.

Beautiful winery near Assisi, they arranged for a taxi to pick us up at the hotel which was very convenient. Julia was our knowledgeable tour guide, I really enjoyed learning about the organic wine production.
