"Geniet van de beroemde wijngaarden van São Vicente, de geweldige skywalk bij Cabo Girão en de schoonheid van de Madeira-zee aan boord van een catamaran" Vanuit Funchal gaan we naar Serra d'Agua, een vallei in het midden van het eiland, voordat we off-road gaan en fantastische uitzichten over het noorden van het eiland (Porto Moniz, Paúl da Serra en São Vicente) ontmoeten. Daarna beleef je een onvergetelijke ervaring met de belangrijkste wijnproducenten op Madeira, gevolgd door een rondleiding door de grootste wijngaarden samen met een wijnproeverij (1 roos, 2 wit, 2 rood) en een professionele uitleg over tradities, wijncultuur en wijnproductie. Vanuit deze fantastische ervaring zullen we onze tour vervolgen naar Cabo Girão, de hoogste klif van Europa en de tweede ter wereld (589 meter), bekend om zijn hangende glazen vloer, met een spectaculair panoramisch uitzicht over de Atlantische Oceaan, Câmara de Lobos en Funchal. Na een jeeptour wordt je afgezet bij de haven om de Dolphin Watching Tour te starten (vrije tijd om te lunchen)

Camacho gave us a tour of the real Madeira, taking us from the highest cliff on the island to a vineyard in the centre, with some off roading in the 4x4 for good measure. We heard stories of the island and tried some of the local delicacies when we stopped off at a local bar. If you want to understand the island and its history, look no further. Fully recommend!
Diogo Camacho- very pleasant with a great sense of humor. Made a bunch of wonderful stops and saw so many wonderful diverse places in Madeira. Also very knowledgeable with any questions we asked.

Our trip was amazing and Rui was excellent, he really made our trip special! We started with the sky walk and Rui gave us some really good info about the land, island and culture on the way. The view was unreal. We then went to the wine tasting and did some off roading in the 4x4 on the way which was really fun. The vineyard/location was beautiful and so was the wine selection. They showed us around and gave us nibbles to enjoy with the wines. Then back to Funchal to go out on the catamaran boat to see dolphins. What an experience, thank you Rui!
Gill was our guide and we had a fantastic time! He stopped lots to tell us lots about the island, the plants and the history. Recommended taking a jumper/cardigan and a hair clip as it can get windy at times when you're on the fast roads! The off roading was great fun! We could stand up and there were loads of photo opportunities. We got to try lots of different table wines and learn a little about how they were grown. Overall a fantastic way to spend half a day and our favourite tour of our trip!

We had the best 4X4 and wine tour with Rui and Rosita! Rui is passionate about his work, knowledgeable about the beautiful countryside and anticipated all of our needs and interests. I highly recommend this trip as it was the highlight of our trip to Madeira.
