Beschrijving
Geniet van een van de meest klassieke wijnproeverijen van onze traditie: wijn en kazen! U proeft de meest unieke combinaties van onze biologische Assisi DOC en Umbria IGT wijnen met kazen, jam en balsamico azijn van onze boerderij en lokale producenten. Het proefmenu kan uiteraard worden aangepast om te voldoen aan de dieetbehoeften/allergieën/intolerantie van onze gasten (bijv. lactosevrij, glutenvrij, vegetarisch...). Bij slecht weer of als het te koud of te warm is om buiten te blijven, gebeurt de proeverij in het proeflokaal. Heeft u speciale wensen aarzel dan niet om contact met ons op te nemen! Echter bieden wij op aanvraag voor een vast tarief van het centrum van Spello of het treinstation van Assisi of lokale hotels.

De gast zal genieten van een begeleide wijnproeverij van 4 biologische wijnen gecombineerd met gemengde bruschette, een selectie van typische kaas met zelfgemaakte jam of onze balsamico azijn.

Guia Giulia super friendly, didactic with very clear English. We know the family winery Tili in Assisi which is only 5-10 minutes drive from the meeting point. She explained everything about the production showing the details, removing all doubts. Next we went to the tasting area, where we tried olive oil and vinegar produced by them with bruschetas, all a delight, various wines (1 frisant, 1 white, 1 rose, 2 red and 1 sweet) all a delight, selection of cheeses, cold and jelly. And finally a delicious sweet biscuit. The tasting space is beautiful and cozy. The guide very polite and didactic. Tour with 4 people only (my family) and it was a delight. I recommend!

Tili Winery is the best! Overlooking some of the vineyards and an umbrella covered seating, this winery has it all. The knowledge and passion of the hosts is unmatched. The pairings were delicious and Anna Laura (daughter of the winemakers) was delightful! Her stories and information were so much fun and helped to make our wonderful experience even better. Yummy and unique wines and sumptuous cheeses and bruschetta. Thank you, Tili! ❤️

Wow! This was the 1st stop after landing in Italy! They even were so kind to take us early. The view, the wine, the food, everything was delicious. We even had a case sent home which just arrived a few days ago. Just a picture perfect place and experience.

The vinery is beautiful with a great view of the valley below. The vine and appetizers were excellent and the experience was a lot of fun.
