Een pauze voor ontbijt... en dan varen we naar het avontuur. Tijdens onze reis zullen wij waarschijnlijk dolfijnen, mantaroggen en zeeschildpadden zien, vraag het uw gids! Hij springt graag met u in het water voor wat ongepland snorkelen. Wanneer we de walvishaaien zien, beginnen we onze activiteiten.

Fantastic experience. FLOR WAS AMAZING. Beyond knowledgeable, full of experience and kindness, flowing with compassion for guests and, equally important, the animals and environment. Always aware of safety, making sure guests were engaged and enjoying the experience, quick to share stories and tales and academic insights…it was fantastic on every level. Unfortunately, other tour operators didn’t seem so professional. One group swam OVER TOP of some of us, pushing us under, whacking us with their fins as they raced to the sharks, disregarding the safety of those in the water, not abiding by the two person:one guide rule. Take the Dramamine or gravol or whatever. A 45 minute speedboat ride on choppy waters can make your tummy do things words can’t explain. That being said, keep a lookout for flying fish, dolphins and other sights as you make your way miles from any form of human civilization. The food was excellent (the shrimp ceviche was delicious!). The beer tasted great after, too! The booking was easy and the communication with ecotours was smooth. As a family, this was an amazing bucket list experience and Flor deserves so much of the credit. Thank you Flor!!!

Great tour, swam with many whale sharks. The team very respectful of the whale sharks and Jane was really knowledgeable. Pick up and drop off very punctual and ceviche lunch delicious
Swimming with whale sharks was awesome - and our tour guide FLOR was amazing. HOWEVER, the aftermath of this tour was a terrible experience. We were shown over 170 images/videos that we decided to pay for from our tour. Great? Well, we were only sent 51 images and none of them included us swimming with the whale sharks... despite what we were shown. Then, after contacting the company via email, we were promised a full refund for the tour. Ok, that makes sense... because we signed up for a tour that had the option of getting our Go-Pro footage and that isn't what we ended up with. Not only have we not been reimbursed for ANYTHING.... I have had the employee from the company reach out to me via whatsup, call me cruel...all because I want what this company has promised to deliver. To say this has been one of the most unprofessional interactions I've ever had is an understatement. There are other companies that do these tours... I would have booked else where knowing what I know now and you should, too.
This was such an amazing and memorable experience! We saw sooo many whale sharks and manta rays, it was really impressive. The tour was really well organized starting with a timely pick up in front of our door, a breakfast before going on board in Cancun, snorkeling with the whale sharks followed by a lunch at Playa Norte in Isla Mujeres. Our guide Edgar went out of his way to accommodate the whole group and make sure everyone was safe and had fun and also the rest of the crew (boat staff and chauffeur) were friendly, helpful and safety oriented. The whole family had a blast, for the kids it was the first time and they were thrilled. Definitely recommend to go with these guys and do this incredible adventure.
It was a really great experience. Did this day really hit the jackpot, we saw not only whale sharks but also a lot of manta rays. And also we had a very nice tour guide named Jane.

A great experience to snorkel with these large, gentle animals. It is mass tourism, but local authorities in a boat ensure that the rules are followed. For the price, you will most likely only do the tour once in your life, which is probably better for the animals, who would otherwise likely have even more visitors. Hopefully a large portion of the costs also goes to the national park. Afterwards, there is another snorkeling tour and lunch on the boat at a beautiful sandy beach off the island of Mujeres. Of course, also full of other boats and tourists.
Javi was so easy to get along with! He and the guides were so helpful on the boat out with the whale sharks. We saw plenty and were able to cross this off of our bucket list! The ceviche after was delicious and the stops to snorkel were beautiful.
