Durf deel uit te maken van een van de meest raadselachtige activiteiten in Cancun en Mexico. We halen u op in busjes uitgerust met airconditioning, we hebben de beste service in de staat, het eten wordt bereid met de hoogste hygiënenormen. Voel u volkomen veilig met onze zip-lijnen die voldoen aan de hoogste wereldwijde veiligheidsnormen. We raden u aan een handdoek en waterschoenen of sandalen met een dichte neus mee te nemen. Ook moet u biologisch afbreekbare zonnebrandcrème gebruiken. Vanwege onze toewijding aan de natuur raden wij aan biologisch afbreekbare producten te gebruiken. De ervaring is zo ongelooflijk dat je de Maya-jungle op zijn 3 terreinen meeneemt: in de lucht op onze Ziplines, in het water bij onze cenote en op het land op onze ATV's. Het is belangrijk om te vermelden dat alleen 18 jaar en ouder mogen rijden. Als dat niet het geval is, moet u een ATV delen. Al onze busjes worden dagelijks ontsmet, wij zijn een gecertificeerd bedrijf in Quintana Roo. Bedankt dat u voor ons heeft gekozen, geef ons de kans om u een uitstekende service te bieden.

Ophaallocaties en -tijden
Als uw hotel niet in de lijst staat, wat betekent dat u naar een speciaal ontmoetingspunt moet gaan, laat ons dan weten in welk hotel u gaat verblijven, zodat een vertegenwoordiger van ons bedrijf contact met u kan opnemen om het ontmoetingspunt en de ophaaltijd aan te geven. Deze dienst heeft twee verschillende schema's: de eerste is voor een ochtendtour en de ophaaldienst voor Cancun is tussen 07.30 uur en 08.30 uur, voor Playa del Carmen is dat tussen 07.00 uur en 08.50 uur en de tweede is voor een middagtour en het ophalen voor Cancun is tussen 11.30 uur en 12.30 uur en voor Playa del Carmen tussen 11.00 uur en 12.55 uur. De schema's variëren afhankelijk van het hotel, onze vertegenwoordiger zal het exacte schema doorgeven via e-mail of sms. De activiteit start om 9.30 en 13.30 uur. Als u een andere zone selecteert dan waar uw hotel zich bevindt, wordt uw reservering via de boekingsmodule met de juiste zone bewerkt.

- Als u een andere zone selecteert dan waar uw hotel zich bevindt, moet uw reservering via het boekingssysteem met de juiste zone (andere kosten) worden bewerkt.
- Als iemand u vóór uw reisdatum een upgrade plus aanbiedt, neem dan contact op met de klantenservice
- ATV-verzekering is inbegrepen, u hoeft geen extra verzekeringskosten te betalen
- Uit veiligheidsoverwegingen is het gebruik van mobiele telefoons tijdens de activiteiten niet toegestaan.
- De gewichtslimiet is 270 pond voor kabelbanen en 300 pond voor ATV's
- We raden u aan om het volgende mee te nemen: kledingwissel, handdoek, gesloten schoenen, zwemkleding, zonnebrandcrème en biologisch afbreekbaar afweermiddel, zonnebrillen en bandana's voor ATV's.

Had a great time on this ATV and zip line tour! The entire experience was fun from start to finish, and the last part where we got to jump into the water was definitely one of the highlights. The water was very refreshing, especially after all the activities. The food was also really good and made the experience even better. I definitely recommend this tour if you’re looking for something fun, adventurous, and exciting to do while on vacation!
Everyone you talk to quotes a different price, got there after a very unpleasant ride with sardine packed van on extremely bumpy road. Immediately met with pressured selling of water shoes, goggles, phone pouches and face covers for 5 times retail price. Locker for personal items was extra money. They tried to say we didn't pay for everything to attempt to upgrade us for more money but we had receipts. Won't allow phones on most excursion. Horseback ride was like a pony ride but maybe 1/4mile circle. Cenote was similar to a large dirty pool. Atvs were cool and zip was cool. The photographer ripped me off. The $60 photos changed my card for $69 after promising that it would be $60 flat when converted. They hassle you for tips. They only offer pork and veggies tacos for lunch and try to up sell you chicken and other beef and drinks. Try to sell $100 tequila. This was a money grab but I made the best of it.
Great experience! Guide Marlo was absolutely amazing and made the tour enjoyable. Bring water shoes and a face covering for the dust. Lockers are mandatory, so arrive with nothing if possible. You cannot take your own photos, but a photographer is available. The tequila tasting is free, but they do try to sell you tequila afterward. Most bottles are $79.99, with the most expensive “sale” bottle at $129.99. The included snack is a small pork taco, with additional food available for purchase at the end. Overall, a fun and worthwhile excursion!

ATV ride wasn’t good. ATV is old and was cutting off. The trail is extremely bumpy. Not a good experience. Zip lining, Cenote and tequila tasting were awesome.

Everything was great! From the start of transportation, introductions, ATV, Zip line, tequila tasting and private lunch with tacos and margaritas to jumping into the cenote!!!! Fun experience. You can’t bring your phone on the ATV and zip line sessions, put someone take pictures the whole way. At the end you can pay for them he airdropped them to us all of the pictures for $79.

They are definitely going to upsell you, but the VIP is worth it... Definitely bring goggles and mask or you will need to purchase them there. Nacho and team were amazing Guides and kept the energy high! Your ATV experience will definitely being determined by the pace of the drivers of your group. Zip line, Cenote swim, and tour guide were all great. The bus ride from the hotel to the park (1hr) was miserable, due to being full and having terrible suspension and weak AC on a very hot day. The ATVs are older and a portion of them stall and break down.

So here’s the deal, if you have never ridden four wheelers or done a zip line then MAYBE this would be fun for you. Starts with being upsold on the VIP experience which ultimately was worth it for the private Cenote. After that they try to get you to buy goggles and a neck/face sleeve which you don’t need at all since the ATV ride is the slowest thing ever(if your ATV doesn’t break down) since you have to stay in a line on a short road. Then you are guided to a very mediocre zip line tour. During this whole time no phones at all. After that it was semi worth it for a fun off-road ride on a bus to a private cenote for a tequila tasting, tacos, drinks and swimming in a cenote for about 25 minutes. The guide we had (Ignacio aka NACHO) was awesome, he made that part of the experience worth it. At the end they sell you on a photo package for $80 US. Overall would definitely not do again and spend the money doing other things. Don’t waste a day of your trip doing this!!
