Geniet van een leuk, educatief avontuur dat perfect is voor het hele gezin tijdens deze Everglades-tour van een halve dag vanuit de regio Greater Fort Myers/Napels. Wandel door een Slash Pine/Saw Palmetto-bos op zoek naar kleurrijke wilde bloemen, vlinders en andere dieren in het wild. Leer meer over de bovenloop van de Western Everglades van je vermakelijke biologengids en maak een spannende tocht met een luchtboot door moerassen en moerassen op zoek naar alligators, waadvogels en nog veel meer. (Houd er rekening mee dat paden van juli tot oktober vaak onder water staan en gasten moeten voorbereid zijn om door het koele water op de paden te lopen!)

Geniet van een informele wandeling door de Corkscrew Watershed Marsh Trails.
Gasten zullen genieten van een opwindende wilderniservaring in de bovenloop van de Western Everglades, waar ze per moerasboot zullen reizen om alligators, schildpadden en tientallen verschillende soorten vogels in een ongerept moerasland te bezoeken. Bovendien leren ze van een natuurbioloog over de inheemse reptielen en krijgen ze de kans om ze van dichtbij te bekijken.

We had a great time with Rhett as our guide. The nature walk was fun and informative. The kids loved holding the snakes and baby alligator. The rainy season is behind right now so some of the airboat ride was not accessible but we still saw many gators on the lake and the kids really enjoyed it.
One of the upsides of the lack of rain is the lower lake level and the alligators migrating into the middle of the lake where it's cooler. I'm glad you appreciated it and Rhett's guidance. He does a great job.

Rhett was an awesome guide, gave in depth responses regarding the Everglades and its plants and animals. Airboat ride was also nice. Never thought I’d hold a snake or alligator, but Rhett made it not scary .

Rhett was extremely knowledgeable and welcoming. The airboat captain was amazing with the water ride. The whole tour was fun, a new experience, and worth going. Learning about snales, gators and anything else that was asked about the FL ecosystem, was incredible. Highly recommend!

This was a really fun adventure! Had a wonderful guide, Jacob! Very knowledgeable and friendly! We first took 1+ hour nature hike - Jacob was very informative and kept all of us engaged. We then drove to the airboat facility where Jacob introduced us to multiple snakes and 2yr old alligator! Jacob was so kind to the kids , adults,too! We ALL had a great time! We then got on the airboat ,with Fred as our captain , saw LOTS of gators and beautiful birds, GOOD TIMES! Highly recommend! Just the right amount of time for the little ones and the older folks!😄

You walk to a marsh and see a lot of different birds & plants. We saw 12-15 alligators on the air boat. It was great to learn so much from our guide, Pete. He let us hold a few snakes & an alligator which was fun for the kids.
