In the transfer at Warszawa airport, traveling to Billund, no luggage was put on the flight. Like in NO baggage for no one!! Five days late, we still haven’t received the luggage. Or any news. Miserable service. I understand that more tourists are considering traveling to Poland. They should consider alternatives to flying as long as the service is this bad.
Zero stars! No driver was at the airport upon our arrival. When we contacted the tour operator they had no record of our reservation. They told us to take a taxi and request a refund from viator. Viator "investigated" and refused a refund saying the tour operator was prepared to provide our transport and we were a no-show, which was not at all true. I provided the phone record of my conversation with the tour operator and communicated with viator support via chat immediately (well within the 1 hour pick up window) showing we were at the airport and definitively not a "no-show" as claimed. Will be filing a charge dispute with our credit card. Avoid this tour at all costs.
We arranged a pick up Tom called when we landed. Advised he was waiting for us outside of customs. He was very friendly he was professional. The car was very clean and comfortable. This was by far the best way to get from the airport to our hotel after a long travel day. I also felt it was reasonable compared to The cost from the hotel service.
Jakub was right on time and gave us a great narrative on the way to our hotel. Easy pickup at the airport.
The transfer never showed up! We ended up taking a taxi which cost much less. And to make matters worse, the refund for this transfer will take up to a week!!!!

Easy transportation to the hotel from the airport. I appreciated the driver waited as we had lost luggage to claim so it took more time than usual.
A representative waiting for me as I excited baggage claim area at the airport. He escorted me to my taxi and ensured I was headed to the proper hotel. Driver was courteous and an excellent driver,
