Wandel naar de top van de Tafelberg, een van de nieuwe 7 Wonderen van de Natuur & neem de kabelbaan terug naar beneden. Er zijn 2 route opties om uit te kiezen (selecteer de juiste optie bij boeking): A. India Venster, een meer avontuurlijke, ruige & technische route naar de top. Ideaal voor wie op zoek is naar een meer avontuurlijke en spannende manier om te wandelen. Betreft ruig, oneffen terrein & wat rots klauteren. Spannender. Minder druk. Duur +-3,5 uur B. Platteklip Gorge, een meer directe, minder technische route naar de top. Ideaal voor wie op zoek is naar de meest eenvoudige manier om te wandelen. Het gaat om honderden grote rotstreden helemaal naar de top. Minder spannend. Drukker. Duur +-2,5 uur Beide routes zijn niet gemakkelijk en vereisen een paar uur steile bergopwaartse wandelingen op rotsachtig terrein om de top te bereiken. Beide routes eindigen op de top van de Tafelberg waar we de kabelbaan weer naar beneden nemen (indien open). Als de kabelbaan gesloten is (wegens weer/onderhoud), wandelen we terug via de meer directe route.

- Een behoorlijke hoeveelheid steile, rotsachtige bergopwaartse wandelingen is betrokken
- Draag een paar wandel- / hikingschoenen
- Werkt in de meeste weersomstandigheden, kleed je goed aan. Bij annulering vanwege slecht weer, krijgt u de mogelijkheid om een alternatieve datum of volledige restitutie te geven
- Kinderen moeten worden begeleid door een volwassene
- Minimumleeftijd is 8 jaar
- Breng water (1,5 liter - 50 oz)

Our sunrise Advanced Table Mountain hike with Codi was one of the absolute highlights of our trip. The route involved plenty of scrambling and climbing, making it both exciting and challenging. Codi was fantastic—he constantly looked out for us, made us feel safe, and knew exactly how to encourage us through the more difficult sections. It was the perfect mix of adrenaline, adventure, and breathtaking scenery. Watching the sunrise was an unforgettable experience. We highly recommend Codi to anyone looking for a real adventure on Table Mountain!
Had a really nice hike to the Table Mountain in the morning. The guide (Andrea) did a great Job, helping out on the route, taking pictures and good information about the city of cape town. Started at 7.30 and could see the beautiful sunrise over the city while hiking up.
Great tour, amazing views, perfect weather. The trail was fun, our guide Codi was very patient and was showing us the way up. I really recommend this hike!
We did the India Venster Table Mountain trail for Table Mountain. The trail is super fun, you have to scramble for about 40% of it. I would say you need a good level of fitness, it’s not particularly hard - the biggest challenge for me was the heights! When you’re doing some of the technical sections, there can be quite a steep drop, but they’re over quickly! Cody was our guide and he was fantastic. He was really helpful in showing us where to put our feet etc, and made us feel completely at ease. Highly recommend!
My husband and I had a beautiful experience. Waking up early was well worth it: leaving while it was still dark added an extra touch of charm to the whole adventure. The guide, Andrea, was exceptional: uniquely kind and accommodating, she made us feel at ease from the first to the last minute. We couldn't have asked for better. Highly recommended! This was an amazing hike and incredible experience I will remember for my entire life. My guides, Codi and Kurt, were extremely attentive, knowledgeable, shared some important facts about the history of the area and people. I did a sunrise hike with Codi and sunset hike with Kurt, and saw an incredible views of the mountains, water, wildlife, and even a double rainbow! Both Table Mountain and Lion’s head are stunning and not to be missed while in Cape Town. I highly recommend this trail and these guides. 10 out of 10!!
Very nice hike. The sunrise views were definately worth getting up early for. The guide Jean gave lots of great info about the mountain and Cape Town. I did the hike solo and the 3 hours flew by with Jean.
What a great experience with a great guide Miguel was the best. Steep hike with plenty of panoramic views a bunch of scrambles up the side of mountain so come prepared, but the views are so worth it and the people are great.
Hiking up Table Mountain this morning was such an adventurous and unforgettable experience! A big thank you to Cori for his patience, guidance, and encouragement throughout the hike, especially with all of us moving at different paces. He kept us motivated and entertained the whole way up, shared great knowledge about the mountain, and even provided lights since we started so early in the morning.
