Haal het meeste uit uw vakantie in Costa Rica met deze bomvolle combo-tour vanuit San Jose. Je wordt 's ochtends opgehaald bij je hotel in San Jose in een voertuig met airconditioning en gaat richting de Central Volcanic Mountains. Vervolgens stop je bij een koffieplantage, waar je gids je de koffieplanten laat zien en uitlegt hoe koffie wordt verbouwd en geoogst in Costa Rica (lokale koffiedegustatie wordt later tijdens de tour gedaan).
Vervolg uw weg naar de La Paz-waterval, waar u enkele minuten foto's kunt maken van deze natuurlijke attractie, die wordt omgeven door verbazingwekkende regenwoudlandschappen.
Daarna stop je bij het uitkijkpunt van de exotische vogels, waar je de kans krijgt om vele tropische vogelsoorten van Costa Rica te observeren, evenals de prachtige San Fernando-waterval vanaf het uitkijkpunt. Bij deze geweldige attractie geniet je van een heerlijke kop vers gezette Costa Ricaanse koffie, terwijl je de waterval en kleurrijke vogels observeert, zeker een geweldig moment om nooit te vergeten.

Geniet van een heerlijke lunch in een typisch restaurant in de buurt van de prachtige Arenal vulkaan; het uitzicht op de beroemdste berg van Costa Rica is spectaculair op heldere dagen. Later vlieg je door het regenwoud op een zip-lining parcours met 7 zip-lijnen en een 50 meter hoge abseillijn (150 voet), een ware adrenalinestoot. Hierna neem je deel aan een inheemse stampresentatie die wordt uitgevoerd door leden van de Maleku-stam, het inheemse reservaat van de noordelijke kant van het land.
Sluit deze ongelooflijke dag vol avontuur af door jezelf onder te dompelen in de rustgevende thermale minerale warmwaterbronnen aan de voet van de Arenal-vulkaan, er zijn meerdere zwembaden waar je een paar uur kunt uitrusten na deze drukke dag vol avontuur. Na je bezoek aan de warmwaterbronnen, geniet je van een heerlijk diner in Costa Ricaanse stijl voordat je wordt teruggebracht naar je hotel.

Afzetten bij het Arenal-La Fortuna centraal gelegen hotels zijn beschikbaar. Houd er rekening mee dat als u voor deze optie kiest, het diner niet bij uw tour is inbegrepen, omdat het op de terugweg in een restaurant wordt gedaan. Ook is er een extra toeslag voor drop-offs met bagage, maar in het geval van deze tour is deze niet van toepassing omdat de kosten van het diner de drop-off kosten dekken. Als u van deze optie gebruik wilt maken, moet u ons dit laten weten op het moment van boeking.

Our tour guide Steven was amazing, he was so informative on every place we stopped. He even stopped along side the road to see a sloth in a tree and also some birds. I would definitely recommend this tour. Also, the driver was so incredibly nice and did an amazing job at driving safe in the weather conditions.
Definitely worth the money and time. Alex Blanco was very knowledgeable and kept great energy. Ziplining was amazing! The waterfalls were beautiful.
We had a great experience! Shoutout to Oxaney (tour guide) and Ignacio (driver) who were super friendly and gave us a day to remember! We had a great time seeing animals, ziplining, hot springs. Good food. Drive through the mountains at night was calm despite all of the windy roads Pro tip: Bring some colones to give to the native population as well as tips for the guides!

Overall it was a good experience; the downfall being the TRAFFIC to get from one destination to the next. It was definitely a full day plus. We were picked up at our hotel at 6:50am and dropped off at 9:00pm. The tour guide was friendly and the place where we ate for dinner was absolutely delicious! We enjoyed the Zip Lining and the Hot Springs was nice and relaxing. The package was a good bang for your buck!

saw a bunch of cool things and places.first stop coffee was delicious and good view of the crops, second tried corn tortillas with a sour creme and saw exotic birds. on our way stoped by to see wildlife. sloth,monkeys,tucan etc ziplines were so fun got your adrenaline pumping. lastly hotspring was so relaxing water very warm and hot drinks taste good and cheap. dinner delicious buffet style. our shuttle was comfortable ride was 2 hours felt longer on the way back. our guide Oswaldo was amazing and funny. would definitely recommend and worth your $$$

Alex, our driver/guide was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I would 10/10 recommend this trip and he is a big reason why. He taught us so much about Costa Rica, and even made special stops so that we could try native fruits! He was funny, charming, entertaining, and accommodating (as different people needed different bathroom stops at different times) The zip lining was truly the highlight of this trip. It was super amazing, especially the little surprise they have at the end. If you are a thrill seeker, this is for you! The Hot Springs were also a major highlight, it was so calming and definitely a good time to try out the many Hot Springs they have. We did purchase food and drinks there on our own dime, and that was good. The only reason I give this four stars instead of five, is because both the lunch and the dinner were absolutely terrible. The lunch was cold and clearly not fresh. My fish tasted like it was prepared days ago and put in the refrigerator. The dinner food was more of a buffet style. But the food looked old and dry, and like it had been sitting out all day. (You eat dinner around 7:30 PM.) once we tasted it, it was clear that that was probably the same food sitting out since 11 AM. Someone in our party even had severe stomach pain for the next 24 hours. My only recommendation would be to lower your expectations of food, and bring your own nonperishable snacks so that you can survive the day. After lunch, I had a feeling dinner would be terrible, which was why we bought food at the Hot Springs location. I don’t think the food should be a reason not to go, you get a lot of things done in one day for a decent price with this tour. Hopefully you have Alex as your guide!

Brace yourself for a longggg day but it’s definitely worth it. Our tour guide Fernando was such a pleasure. He was informative, funny, personable and very kind. We also got along really well with the other people in our group. It was an amazing time and we did so much and learned so much about the Costa Rican culture. I definitely recommend

Guillermo did his best taking care of a group of 11 people. I don’t think they should exceed that ratio because it does seem pretty overwhelming… definitely do the zip line with the repel… brace yourself for long uncomfortable ride just in case… the couple in front of us reclined their seats and we barely had any space in the third row. Avoid the third row if you can. The drive is very long but there’s many stops. We spent a little too much time at one spot where we drank some delicious juice and had a snack. I had the strawberry juice and it was perfect. Lunch was delicious too, I had the steak. I’m glad we ate before the zip line tour because there’s a good amount of stairs going back up after repelling down. The hot springs were great ! Very relaxing not very busy, super clean showers with hot water and soap. They also provide a towel and a welcome drink! I wanted to mention the coffee was tasty at the first stop so definitely order one. We had coffee again at the resort where the hot springs were, complimented with a beautiful view of volcano arenal. For the falls I recommend getting a shot from the middle of the bridge because you get the full fall not just the bottom half. Dinner was great! We got to give our leftovers to the doggies. Guillermo was so helpful and dropped us off to our hotel even though it wasn’t within the area that they do dropoff. That was so nice after a long day out. You’ll have an opportunity to get some souvenirs too! Great experience to check off a number of things in one day. Started the day at 7am and came back at 9pm. Also we did get to see a couple sloths iguanas and one monkey.
