Halve dag Nadi Discover Tour bestaat uit een bezoek aan Fiji's grootste hindoetempel op het zuidelijk halfrond, een rondleiding door de levendige Namaka-markt en het historische Vesisei-dorp, het verkennen van de prachtige Garden of Sleeping Giants en tot slot Vuda Look-out.

Waag je in het binnenland van Nadi, door de prachtige Sabeto-vallei naar de tuin van de Sleeping Giant, met de grootste en meest gevarieerde orchideeëncollectie in Fiji. Een rondleiding door de tuinen waarbij een gids uitgebreid uitleg geeft over verschillende soorten orchideeën.
Veseisei Village ligt op ongeveer 15 minuten van Nadi Airport en staat bekend als de legendarische landingsplaats van de eerste Fijians. Eenmaal in het dorp wordt je begroet met een grote BULA-glimlach terwijl je door het dorp loopt met een gids die je uitlegt en je rondleidt. Maak kennis met de lokale bevolking en je krijgt ook de kans om het handwerk te kopen dat wordt getoond door de dames van het dorp.
Nadi-tempel bekend om zijn vredige sfeer, sierlijke grotten, kleurrijke festivals en Dravidische architectuur. Gasten kunnen torenhoge kleurrijke structuren verkennen die zijn versierd met sierlijke grotten die een aantal hindoegoden uitbeelden.
Ervaar een begeleide wandeling door de levendige en bruisende Namaka-markt, ontmoet de lokale verkopers en ontdek het enorme aanbod aan eten en lokale producten voordat je aan je reis begint naar Garden of Sleeping Giants, gelegen aan de voet van de Sabeto-bergketen.
De Vuda Lookout biedt een 360 graden vogelperspectief van de oostelijke bergketens, Nadi Bay, Nadi International Airport en de prachtige Yasawa & Mamanuca eilandengroep. Volg een korte rondleiding door de citrusboerderij en geniet van een tropisch vruchtensap en seizoensfruit uit de boomgaard voordat u terugkeert naar uw hotel.

Ophaallocaties en -tijden
Gratis ophalen en wegbrengen wordt aangeboden bij hotels in Nadi/Denarau, Double Tree en Fiji Marriott. Zorg daarom dat u ten minste 15 minuten voor de opgegeven ophaaltijd klaarstaat in de lobby van uw hotel. De juiste tijd wordt aangegeven op het moment van boeking.

We had a wonderful experience with Rosie Holidays Tour. We took a half day exploring the Nadi Temple (Sri Siva Subramanya Seaml), Namaka Market, the Gardan of Sleeping Giant, Viseisel Village, and the Vuda Lookout. All activities were enjoyable and informative. Our driver and guide, Joseth, was very pleasant and friendly, and very familiar with the area and Fiji in general.

Highly highly recommend Rosie Tours 'Half Day Nadi Discovery' :) Very small group, very comfortable vehicle [driven expertly by the Captain], super genuine experience with one of, if not THE, best city guides I've encountered across literally the world!! We had the most amazing and wonderful trip, our guide Tui was fantastic and an absolute fountain of knowledge, there was no rush at any of the sights and we felt that we got to really see and understand the amazing highlights. Our driver Jonny also made us feel safe and he was also friendly and helpful They both made our trip one we will remember Vinaka Tui and Jonny, sota tale.

We went on this trip on our honeymoon with our 15 month on old son, Naveen our guide was excellent and really made us feel like family. Next time we are in Fiji will be using these guys again!

This was an Excellent tour and cultural experience, that we would highly recommend. Our family were well looked after by Neveen, Who was very knowledgeable, welcoming and was a great guide for our family including children. We felt like family and thoroughly enjoyed our time.
I was picked up separately from the rest of the tour group from my hotel and someone from the other pickup held up the tour. I had to wait a while with the first driver who was nice enough to give me the wifi password. I wasn’t able to get settled in the other vehicle when the others arrived. I had to go straight into the temple; this didn’t endear the rest of my group to me. The group were all seniors and I had nothing in common with them as I’m a lot younger. The tour guide was really nice, helpful and informative but I felt like I was on an old people tour that was slow as molasses. I liked the garden of the sleeping giant and the Vudu lookout. The Vudu lookout stop has a beautiful view and the fruit was really good. I really disliked the village stop. It felt like the only reason we were brought there was to buy useless crap. Women set their merchandise and make you feel guilty for not wanting to buy their crap. Plus, who do you choose??? I understand that it helps their village but I feel like there has to be a less obnoxious way to go about it.
Had a lovely tour with our guide Bob. As expected we visited the produce market and were directed to specific vendors to purchase goods. But we walked around and looked for the best displays of fruits and vegatables. Came prepared with our shopping list for the week, so it was a success. Enjoyed the Orchid and Botanical gardens and our small group took the long loop. The included lunch/snack was local fruites and vegatables at the view point. It was as expected and a lovely day.
We were picked up exactly on time and enjoyed everything about this tour. Our guide/ driver was knowledgeable and informative and willing to answer any questions. We visited the Hindu temple and he helped explain a lot about the Hindu religion. We visited the local fruit market and he helped us find and choose the things we wanted. We enjoyed the garden of the sleeping giants and he got us there ahead of the tour buses. The visit to the Fijian village was a real highlight as we learned more about their culture. The last stop at the Vudu lookout gave us wonderful views of the island as we enjoyed fresh fruit and juice. One suggestion- take something to clean your feet after walking through the Hindu temple. You have to remove your shoes and your feet end up pretty dirty by the time you finish. We were fortunate to have some wipes to get the dirt off before putting our shoes back on.
Really nice tour. Great views, refreshing fruit and drink included. Our guide Bobby was awesome, patient and knowledgeable. My daughter and I were picked up in an air conditioned car and it was just the 2 of us on the tour. Bobby stopped anytime we wanted to take a photo of something and was very friendly.
