Heb je weinig tijd en wil je de mystieke magie niet missen? Er is geen betere manier om van deze plek te genieten dan onze eendaagse treinreis naar Machu Picchu. We zullen Machu Picchu bezoeken voor een comfortabele prijs, waarbij we eerst de uitbundige Heilige Vallei van de Inca's verkennen tijdens een reis per auto en trein totdat we de beroemde stad Aguas Calientes bereiken, waar we klaar zijn om het wereldwonder te bezoeken. Moderne Machu Picchu "verborgen juweel van de Inca's" om uiteindelijk per trein terug te keren naar Cusco van Aguas Calientes naar Ollantaytambo en per transport naar Cusco. Wij zorgen voor alle logistiek voor uw aankomst in Cusco en u kunt alleen genieten van uw bezoek aan die felbegeerde plek! Deze eendaagse tour biedt je droomlandschappen, imposante met sneeuw bedekte bergen en ongelooflijke archeologische verrassingen, elke hoek van de citadel laat je ademloos achter.

Ons avontuur naar Machu Picchu in 1 dag begint vroeg met het ophalen van je hotel in Cusco rond 03:00 uur. daarna gaan we in ons gedeeld vervoer naar de stad Ollantaytambo in een tocht van ongeveer anderhalf tot twee uur, waar we door de indrukwekkende Heilige Vallei van de Inca's zullen komen.
Bij aankomst op het station van Ollantaytambo gaan we naar de stationsdeur, waar we onze treinkaartjes laten zien en dan stappen we op de trein naar Aguas Calientes in een prachtige reis van ongeveer 2 uur. Onderweg zullen we prachtige landschappen waarderen die typisch zijn voor de Heilige Vallei.
Bij aankomst in de stad Machupicchu, rond 07.00 uur. We zullen onze gids of medewerkers ontmoeten die ons adviseren over de stappen die we moeten volgen om de Inca-citadel van Machu Picchu te bezoeken. (Je hebt tijd om te ontbijten in de stad Aguas Calientes).
Daarna gaan we naar het CONSETTUR-busstation om naar Machu Picchu te gaan, dan kunnen we samen met onze gids naar binnen en een rondleiding van 2 uur maken, waar we de belangrijkste sectoren in Machu Picchu zullen bezoeken en natuurlijk hebben de populaire foto van Machu Picchu met de mooiste uitzichten. (De tijd van toegang tot Machu Picchu is afhankelijk van beschikbaarheid).
Na het bezoek kun je Wayna Picchu of Machu Picchu Mountain bezoeken als je je toegangsbewijs hebt. Na het bezoek aan Machu Picchu dalen we af naar de stad Aguas Calientes en hebben we tijd voor de lunch en later keren we per trein terug naar Ollantaytambo.
Uiteindelijk keren we terug in een gedeelde auto naar de stad Cusco. De aankomsttijd in Cusco is afhankelijk van het treinkaartje dat moet worden overlegd met het verantwoordelijke reisbureau.

This your experience was exactly what I needed! I was visiting Lima for a wedding and when other tour groups told me it would be “impossible” to do a 24 hour tour to Machu Picchu from Cusco, Ricardo of Illa Kuntur travel company made it possible! Through his efforts, he procured circuit 3 tickets on our behalf, not to mention, he coordinated all of our hotel/train/shuttle transfers and paired us with Samuel, our private tour guide who was very knowledgeable about Machu Picchu history, Peruvian history in general and explained the biodiversity of the area with perfect illustrations. He was very patient with us and gave us wonderful recommendations for eating. We had an amazing and “impossible “ experience thanks to this tour group and the amazing tour guide/transportation operators. If you are told it is impossible to do Machu Picchu in 24 hours from arrival, this would only be the case if you do not coordinate night before travel to Cusco. Ricardo made it happen!
Machu Picchu was impressive! We walked the 2nd circuit with the very detailed explanation from our tour guide Samuel for almost 3 hours. Samuel speaks perfect English and is very knowledgeable, from history, cultures, agriculture, to geography and biodiversity, he answered all our questions. We definitely recommend Samuel to be your tour guide when you visit Machu Picchu for your once in a life time experience!
Our family had an unforgettable experience in Cusco and Machu Picchu. During the peak season, almost every travel agency told us that all tickets were sold out and that our trip would not be possible. We were close to giving up, but this agency made the impossible possible. Thanks to their efforts, our family was able to visit the amazing Machu Picchu as we had hoped. Our guide was outstanding. He was knowledgeable and explained everything clearly and in an engaging way. He also took incredible photos for us and gave us plenty of time to enjoy each site without feeling rushed. I can’t say enough good things about this experience. I booked this 2 weeks before the tour, long after all Machu Picchu tickets were already sold out, and this was the only company that said, “put your trust in me, and we’ll do everything we can to get this done.” And guess what? Ricardo delivered! I had tried booking with 2 other tour companies and they made it so difficult. One just automatically canceled, and the other told us to be in Aguas Calientes 2 days before the tour for a “possible, not guaranteed” ticket?! What?! We had other plans. First off, communication with Ricardo is 5 ⭐️! Direct, fast, no BS, and he responded any time of the day. When he said he’ll get the tickets 2 days before the tour, explained the process with the Peruvian government releasing last minute tickets, and then sent a WhatsApp message at 12:03 AM on the night of the promised date saying, “We got them”... NOW THAT IS 5⭐️ service!!! He sent the full itinerary to our hotel front desk, arranged all the pickup and drop-off transportation, train tickets, Machu Picchu entry, and best of all, a private tour guide (an absolute must!). Our guide, Nilton, was amazing, 1000⭐️! So polite, humble, and knowledgeable about the history and culture. He never rushed us, gave us plenty of time, took breathtaking photos and videos of us (he totally knows all the best spots), recommended an incredible restaurant (Full House, a must!!!), and gave us clear directions back to the train. On the way back, Ricardo told us to meet Marcelo at the train station for our ride back to Cusco. Marcelo sent us a photo of the exact meeting spot, and what a ride it was! There was massive traffic, but Marcelo kept us completely entertained with the culture, history, and local traditions of Cusco. He was like a private historian, telling stories about every single spot we drove by, from the local wandering dogs to the traditional Cusqueña bread street stalls and even the history of the regional landslides. It was fascinating! Another 5⭐️! Overall, Ricardo and his team made this a truly memorable, once-in-a-lifetime journey. We will treasure this for our entire lives, and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them!!! This was one of the Most amazing experience I’ve Ever had! The weather was incredible and our tour guide Yeni, was the Heart of our experience! The way She Let us know about the culture, All the information she provided, her great attitude, the patience, the kindness. It was Clear that she is really passionate about the culture, she was def.
