Een van de meest opwindende manieren om Rainbow Mountain te beleven is per quad. Deze tour voert je door unieke landschappen, waar je onderweg dieren zoals lama's en alpaca's tegenkomt en de lokale bevolking ontmoet. Maar dat is nog niet alles; Rainbow Mountain zelf biedt je een van de mooiste en meest adembenemende uitzichten op 5036 meter hoogte in de Peruaanse Andes.

Hier bevindt zich ons restaurant waar we zullen stoppen voor ons ontbijt en daarna voor de lunch.
We bieden een andere manier om bij de berg van kleuren te komen, de ervaring op ATV's in het midden van de Andes-valleien, terwijl je alle natuur, fauna en flora ziet (we zullen lama's, alpaca's en verschillende soorten vogels in het gebied observeren) . We stoppen op de plaatsen waar u foto's en video's wilt maken.
We keren terug naar de stad, onze tour eindigt in het stadscentrum.

Rogelio was on time to pick us up. I had car and altitude sickness, and Yadira and Rogelio were always watching and checking on us! It was and adventure from breakfast to lunch. They were very responsible on watching the 11 of us all the time. They helped us to get on the motor cross bikes and the riders were amazing bringing people up and down from the mountain. They took pictures of all of us on top of the mountain! The last ride on the atv on the way back he took us to Ausangate to see the glacier with a beautiful landscape and lots of alpacas and llamas! The lunch was light and perfect, the quechua ladies super nice!!! Thank you to everyone involved in the production!!!! We definitely recommend it!

The scenery is beautiful, but.the.four are in bad shape, in the one I was traveling a wheel came out in full descent and if you do not warn us the.four q was going back we could have killed ourselves.. the guide stayed watching him and we continued on our way alone, with two other couples. Bad Service... it was much more than an adventure....luckily we all arrived well...I do not recommend it

I would absolutely recommend them and do a tour with them again. Very puntual, helpful and honest! I loved every minute of the tour I always felt safe and I was traveling with 2 teens and my 5 year old to rainbow mountain. Rogelio was a great human being, very caring and knowledgeable. The happiest day of my whole life! The experience with quad bike in the colorful mountain is absolutely sensational. An amazing adventure, for the most beautiful scenery I've ever seen. It's really worth it.
A fearless and fun experience, I really liked the attention of our Guide Rogelio very attentive taught us to manage and enjoy the trip by quadricycle, as well as gave us the confidence to continue to the mountain 7 colors .. I highly recommend them.

The tour guide was kind and helpful, always there to ask us if we are okay and if we needed gloves. It was cold during the korning. Atv was fun! But gotta wake up extra early because the commute was long. >2hrs. Call time is 3:30A, free lunch and breakfast rhough. Rainbow mountain is amazing!!! Awesome view!! All colora showed up. I love driving the ATV in the mountains! Felt safe about it. I just wished we stopped by on some spots while we were in ATV. There were good spots such as with the llama/alpaca and sheep at the side.

The tour was good however don't expect to get to the top of the mountain on this excursion. Your ATV experience starts at the bottom of a track and ends where all the other tourist buses end. If you wanted to see the mountain you then had options. 1: walk the steep 50 minute climb 2: pay to go up on horseback or 3: pay to go up on the scrambler motorbikes. When I booked this tour there was no mention of any extra costs involved or that it didn't take you to the top. As the weather was awful, we paid an extra 160 soles for two bikes to go up and down. If I had known this beforehand I would have booked the normal excursion as the starting point to go up the mountain is exactly the same. Rogelio, the guide, was very good and explained there had been some issues with the Peruvian govt and the locals re access but we were never pre-advised. The trip itself was very good and the ATV's were fun but be prepared to take gloves, waterproofs and warmer clothing if you go in January. 😀
The view is incredible, we really liked it and we had a very incredible time, our guide was very kind and very attentive to us, he treated us very well
