De service is all-inclusive, met hotelovername, compleet toeristenvervoer per expeditietrein, toegang tot Machu Picchu, professionele gids en meer. Optioneel kunt u een lunchbuffet toevoegen in restaurant Tinkuy in het 5-sterrenhotel Sanctuary Lodge (het enige hotel naast Machu Picchu). De dienst omvat circuit twee via Machu Picchu. Met dit circuit kun je de overgrote meerderheid van de Incatempels bezichtigen, evenals de klassieke foto, de foto die iedereen wil. De service begint met ophalen direct bij de hoteldeur van de toerist. Op dezelfde manier eindigt het met de transfer naar de deur van het hotel in de stad Cusco. We bieden korting voor universiteitsstudenten, bezoekers jonger dan 18 jaar en burgers van de Andesgemeenschap van Naties, zoals Peru, Colombia, Ecuador en Bolivia. Voor meer toeristische veiligheid hebben we vierentwintig uur per dag communicatie. Kom ons bezoeken in ons grote pand in de stad Cusco.

04.30 uur - 07.30 uur. Om 04.30 uur gaan we naar je hotel om je op te halen en naar het treinstation van Ollantaytambo te brengen en aan boord van de trein naar Machupicchu te stappen.
7.30 - 9.30 uur. Vanaf 7.30 uur reizen we met de trein naar Machu Picchu en genieten we van de landschappen rondom de ingang van Machu Picchu.
9.30 - 10.00 uur. Eenmaal in Aguas Calientes moet u een van de toeristenbussen nemen die u in slechts 30 minuten naar de toegangspoort van Machu Picchu brengen. Daar betreedt u het Wereldwonder.
10.00 - 12.30 uur. Gedurende ongeveer 2 uur en 30 minuten bezichtig je de belangrijkste bouwwerken van Machu Picchu, altijd in het gezelschap van je gids. Onderweg heb je tijd om de klassieke foto's van Machu Picchu te maken, inclusief de beroemde foto van het Guardian's House. Je hebt ook vrije tijd om in alle rust van het moment te genieten en de belangrijkste gebouwen en tempels te bekijken.
12.30 - 15.30 uur. Optioneel kun je genieten van een heerlijk lunchbuffet in het Tinkuy-restaurant van het 5-sterren Sanctuary Lodge hotel (het enige naast Machu Picchu). Na een bezoek aan Machu Picchu keer je met de bus (30 minuten) terug naar het magische stadje Aguas Calientes. Daar heeft de bezoeker vrije tijd om de magische straten te verkennen, de landschappen te waarderen en te winkelen in de toeristische winkels. Lunch is niet inbegrepen.
15.30 - 18.00 uur. Op het door de gids aangegeven tijdstip stapt de bezoeker aan boord van de expeditie-toeristentrein voor de terugreis naar Ollantaytambo. Tijdens de reis zult u de prachtige landschappen van de Vilcanota-vallei waarderen.
18.30 - 20.30 uur. In Ollantaytambo stapt u na de treinreis in de toeristenbus die u naar de stad Cusco brengt. De tour eindigt met de laatste transfer naar de deur van uw hotel.

Amazing experience! We recommend going a day early and sleeping in hot waters. Being a time when it can still rain we were very lucky, ideal weather. The Dai guide a 10!!

Everything's been great organized. They send you everything on time by WhatsApp and email and advise you. The Daylet guide a 10! Super aware of everything and very watchful of us. Also, very nice and didactic. We've had a super day

We did 3 tours with Machu Picchu Terra: Machu Picchu full experience, Cusco city tour and the Sacred Valley tour. We loved it! The guides have a thorough knowledge of the history of the place visited and know how to captivate our attention. The logistics of the transport were impeccable. The tour and the company are quite reputable, but their prices are a little bit higher than other companies offering comparable services. We noticed this after we had already booked with them and then contacted them to ask why their services costed more and they said it was because lunch at Machu Picchu, which was surprising to us because the website indicates that lunch is not included. After bringing this to their attention, and telling them that we preferred not to do the lunch up at Machu Picchu (because it is quite pricey), they did agree to refund some of the money (waiting on this, but they did say it could take up to 35 days so I currently have no reason to believe that they won't follow through). The tour itself was outstanding. Our group of six had a private van pick us up at our hotel and drive us to Ollantaytambo to catch the train up to Aguas Calientes. Our tour guide, Luis, was absolutely amazing. He was extremely well organized having all of our tickets ready for us throughout the day, making sure we were in the right places at the right times, waiting in lines for us so that we could go and check out places like Aguas Calientes, and providing us with a wealth of information throughout the day. By the end of the day it felt weird to be saying goodbye to him, because it felt like he had become one of our group. At that point we also had a private van drive us back from the station to our hotel as well, getting us back safe and sound. All in all, it was a positive experience, made all the better by Luis, our outstanding tour guide.
