So we showed up the ‘entrance’ of IGOO to find that it’s a closed restaurant. We texted the organisers 15 minutes (approx) before the event to ensure we had the correct location. No one replied. I then proceeded to ring the organisation to which no one answered. We waited until about 20 minute after our start time to ring Viator. The lady was very nice to deal with but I never fully understood if we’re 100% going to get a refund due to the language barrier and we paid €120. Still no one has replied from the organisation even to apologise and honestly it really feels like it was a scam. We seen it had previous reviews so didn’t believe that it was a scam and also due to it being on an official website like Viator but sure look. Obviously we will be ensuring that the money is returned to us as spending over €100 for an event is already a lot of money. Ridiculous and unprofessional. Watch out for anyone trying to book this.

To Tania tb However, ask the mayor to let disabled people rent double scooters with a companion under 55 years of age, waiting...for an old man to pick me up and sit me down continuously???? I better be a young man, right??
Absolutely stunning views and our tour guide was so lovely he went above and beyond to help us and guide us Would really recommend it so much fun
Incredible amount of fun and perfect way to start a Saturday. Weather wasn’t great but the event was and the guys really sorted out a nice route
One of the best things I have done in Benidorm, amazing experience and highly recommend. Best way to travel around and see the sites and the staff are great
