Ons bedrijf biedt u een zeer leuke, unieke route langs unieke locaties, grotten, stranden en meer. De Granadella Veel plezier tijdens onze 3 uur durende Granadella-excursie. Eén van de meest gevraagde excursies van onze klanten. Beschouwd als een van de beste stranden van Spanje. Op deze route vertrekken we vanuit Cala Granadella zelf, we gaan richting de beroemde Llop Marí-grot, waar we deze binnengaan, de meest verborgen en geheime binnenhoeken ontdekken en de snorkelactiviteit binnen kunnen doen. Vervolgens gaan we naar het prachtige Cala en Caló, waar we een pauze nemen om af te koelen, en de binnentunnels van turquoise water en verschillende tinten blauw oversteken, evenals de zeefauna. We gaan ook naar het bekende Ambolo-strand, waar we kunnen genieten van het witte zand en het transparante water.

The excursion was very nice, excellent water, the coves and caves were very beautiful (perhaps very crowded, it is also normal for the dates), but well, good. The downside... One of the instructors was very, very absent, explained just enough and the next thing was to row and row, comparing with the other companies we saw, these lacked a little more empathy. But overall, the experience was worth it.
Very nice outing, the organizers are all very pleasant. The outing is well organized, the site is very beautiful. Perhaps the instructors should position themselves differently, that is to say, one in front and one behind the kayakers rather than both in front. Come 20 to 30 minutes before the activity start time in order to be able to park. I recommend it without hesitation.
Horrendous! We made the reservation through Booking and the day before, the company Cocokayak contacted us directly saying that they were canceling the excursion because they did not have space for us (we had already paid for it in advance since it was a birthday present for my son...). We told them that we did not agree, since if we cancel, the site charges us, and everything was a problem until a manager called and told us that they were canceling, but that they could not accommodate us. In the cancellation, it says due to weather conditions; that is a lie... (we ended up doing it with another company and it was packed...) In total, 3 different people called us; the first one disrespected us and told us "that's just how it is." Two others who called us were at least polite, but we had to do the excursion with others after paying for it because, according to them, the site takes a percentage and if you make the reservation with them directly, the profit was greater for them, and evidently they preferred to cancel on us... It's a good thing they at least called us the day before because we were coming from Benidorm, and if I had gone and they didn't accommodate me, my children would have been terribly disappointed... We ended up doing it with [Company Name], which is another company that at least treated us wonderfully.
