Geschat vertrek uit San Juan : Maandag – vrijdag : ca. 10 : 50 uur (na alle geplande ophalingen) Zaterdag & zondag : ca. 11: 25 uur (na alle geplande ophalingen) Ophaaltijd : Uw toegewezen ophaaltijd wordt een dag voor uw tour, rond 16.00 uur, per sms verzonden zodra ons transportschema is afgerond. Ophaallocaties : Vervoer is alleen beschikbaar vanaf onze aangewezen ophaallocaties. Dit stelt ons in staat om efficiënte service te bieden, reistijd te minimaliseren en onnodige stops voor alle gasten te voorkomen. Wees op tijd : Passagiers moeten wachten in de lobby van het hotel of aangewezen ontmoetingspunt op hun geplande ophaaltijd. Late aankomst kan het inchecken van de veerboot vertragen. Gasten die hun geplande pick-up missen of niet op tijd inchecken, worden beschouwd als een No Show en de reservering wordt 100% niet gerestitueerd. Hotels in de buurt van Sun Bay Beach Geniet van ongeveer 1,5 uur op Sun Bay Beach, een van de mooiste en meest iconische stranden van Vieques. Dit is onze belangrijkste strandstop, waar u tijd heeft om te zwemmen, te ontspannen op het zachte zand en te genieten van het kristalheldere Caribische water van het eiland. Sun Bay Beach is een adembenemend halvemaanvormig strand omzoomd met palmbomen, met kalm turquoise water en een rustige sfeer. Als het meest toegankelijke strand van Vieques biedt het ook openbare voorzieningen, waardoor het de perfecte plek is om te ontspannen en een van de mooiste stranden van het eiland te ervaren. Alternatieve strandlocatie: In het geval dat zee, wind of weersomstandigheden Sun Bay Beach ongeschikt maken, kunnen we in plaats daarvan Caracas Beach of Gallitos Beach bezoeken om de veiligste en meest plezierige strandervaring mogelijk te maken.
Esperanza Malecón Ervaar de levendige sfeer van de Esperanza Malecón, de charmante promenade aan het water van Vieques en een favoriete ontmoetingsplaats voor zowel de lokale bevolking als bezoekers. Omzoomd met restaurants, cafés, winkels en een prachtig uitzicht op de oceaan, is het de perfecte plek om de relaxte Caribische charme van het eiland te ervaren. Je hebt ongeveer 1 uur en 25 minuten vrije tijd om in je eigen tempo te genieten. Dineren in een van de lokale restaurants, wandelen langs de waterkant, browsen door de nabijgelegen winkels, ontspannen op Esperanza Beach, of, voor de avontuurlijke, neem een verfrissende sprong vanaf de openbare pier. Zorg ervoor dat u op de geplande tijd terugkeert naar het aangewezen ontmoetingspunt voor het inchecken van de Bio Bay-kajaktour.
Begeleide kajak Bio Bay Adventure Als de avond begint, zal uw Gids een korte introductie geven tot Mosquito Bay en de fascinerende wetenschap achter zijn wereldberoemde bioluminescentie. Van daaruit maken we een korte shuttlerit naar het lanceerterrein, waar uw begeleide kajakavontuur begint. Peddel onder een adembenemende hemel vol sterren en sterrenbeelden terwijl het water tot leven komt met elke slag van je peddel. Wees getuige van de onvergetelijke natuurlijke gloed van de bioluminescente baai, het creëren van een van Puerto Rico's meest magische en gedenkwaardige ervaringen.

We delen de ophaaltijd 1 dag voorafgaand aan de tour per sms rond 16.00 uur zodra het chauffeursschema is vastgesteld. We doen alleen pick-up op deze specifieke locaties voor het gemak van alle gasten en vermijdt buitensporige meerdere stops tijdens het ophalen en afzetten BELANGRIJK : Passagiers moeten op tijd in de lobby van het hotel of op een afgesproken ontmoetingspunt zijn. Laat ophalen kan van invloed zijn op de incheckprocedures. Niet tijdig inchecken wordt beschouwd als een No Show en u wordt de volledige prijs in rekening gebracht. Vieques biobay was the brightest biobay we have seen(seen in fajardo and also Jamaica). It was so mesmerizing, i could stay forever and because of the beauty, you felt it was just too short. You should know how to kayak well though, otherwise wouldn't recommend as they do not wait or teach you. They do pick you up for hotel and ferry(it can make one sea sick). They take you to sun bay where they have beach chairs and really nice warm swimming area. Then Esperanza where we could eat dinner(Duffy's was awesome) and biobay. Overall really well organized and reliable. The drivers from condado to the ferry were insane both times and were driving at crazy speeds but we made it.
I chose this company based on the outstanding reviews.. In deed they have it planned well. Unfortunately our group was so large they split us apart and we ended up in a taxi where the driver gave us no information as we drove through the island as opposed to the main van, we got to the beach and were re joined the rest of the group and it was great.. Beautiful beach and the guide cut up fresh fruit and had beer, and water for all of us. After we split up again and headed to town for dinner on our own.. The guide again was awesome and told us all about the different restaurants available. She also mentioned that we would split up again and the main van group would head out at 6:30 to the bio bay as planned but our group would head out at 7 with a different company. Ok still no a huge deal but now we were 30 min behind and with a new company.. I thought the new company would be fine but the guide let us know we would be headed down an extremely rough road (one they do not use) and then have to go through sludge to reach the bay. We ended up in pretty below par life jackets, a seasoned van, and walking through sludge that smelled like death. Still I embraced it as an adventure. We paddled to get out there and then once we reached the bay the new company guide said some important fact and info about the bay we think.. It was hard for us all to understand becuase of a strong accent. I speak both Spanish and English and had a hard time.. Several other members of our group could not understand anything. After the 5 min chat it was over.. Maybe 15-20 minutes on the bay itself.. Not enough time to enjoy.. The itinerary said we had an hour.. We headed back to the sludge and walked right through it again.. At the end the new company guide rinsed our feet but we still had the smell on us for the entire trip home.. It was gross. When speaking to other members of the original group they had nice jackets, transportation, road entry, and no sludge.. They also got longer on the bay.. The other members (my group) were not so lucky. Our original guide was so amazing but unfortunately we got out in the hands of another company and it was not the greatest experience. It was the TEMU tour. I spoke to our guide to give her feedback about our trip but she was not receptive to what we just went through. There is more I could write about the ending of our tour but I think this is enough. I really wish I could have gave this one a five star like all my other tours here but it missed the mark.

The entire excursion was very well planned and faithfully adhered to the indicated schedules. The guides and drivers were very professional and attentive. The snacks were a nice touch!!
We are very disappointed with our 5-hour Vieques tour. During the entire trip, there were no restrooms available for guests. We were informed that the restaurants were closed due to the water outage, but no alternative restroom facilities were provided. A 5-hour tour without access to a restroom is unacceptable and significantly affected our experience. If we had known this in advance, we would have reconsidered booking the tour. We request appropriate compensation or a refund for the inconvenience caused. We would appreciate your prompt response.
It was a long day but totally worth the time and trip. Would do it again but this time stay on Vieques and do the later evening tour.
Everyone was great! From the driver, to our guide, to the kayak guide, to the restaurants, and so forth. Phenomenal experience. Highly recommend.
Not worth the price at all. The actual kayaking experience was horrible - the rest of the day was good. The beach is nice and the transportation is easy. But the kayaking lasts maybe 20 minutes, the tour guide talked about stars the whole time, and the water wasn't bright at all. We were expecting way more.
There’s a lot of travel related to this trip, but it’s absolutely worth it. The trip organizers made this as comfortable and easy as possible, and really took care of us and communicated well during the entire process.
Our trip was acceptional from beginning to end. Was more then what we expected. Looking forward to sharing with friends and returning to do more!
