U kunt het bezoek aan het Ischigualasto-park "Valle De La Luna" niet missen, een unieke bestemming en buiten de conventionele routes, die verrast met zijn formaties en ongewone bodemeigenschappen. De verbazing voor de plaats en de rijkdom die het bevat voor de studie van de archeologische en paleontologische vindplaatsen van het gebied zorgde ervoor dat UNESCO tot Werelderfgoed verklaard werd. De geovormen van merkwaardige vormen (de onderzeeër, de paddenstoel, het jeu de boules-hof) en de overblijfselen van de oudste dinosaurus zijn enkele van de attracties van deze site, die ook bekend staat als "Valle de la Luna".

We vertrekken vanaf de geselecteerde hotels in San Juan vanaf 7 uur, en we reizen over de National Tourist Route 150 om het Ischigualasto Park, of "Valley of the Moon" te bereiken.
Het circuit beslaat ongeveer 40 km en heeft 5 stations, waar de belangrijkste geovormen worden bezocht, die uitleg en interpretatie krijgen van de gidsen, wiens hulp essentieel is om de tekenen te interpreteren die de natuur hier gedurende meer dan tweehonderd miljoen jaar heeft achtergelaten . Aan het einde van de tour bezoeken we het Interpretatiecentrum en het Museum voor Natuurwetenschappen, geïnstalleerd bij de ingang van het park. Er zijn tentoongestelde delen van de paleontologische stukken die op de site zijn gevonden en het belang ervan wordt blootgelegd. We zullen ook de uitleg van de gidsen ontvangen over hoe onderzoek, tracking, fossielherstel en dinosaurusassemblage worden ontwikkeld.

Excellent circuit to visit and the prices to enter are “Chordes” and worth visiting is something wonderful and incredible, equal to the lunar landscape as the name suggests
Beautiful scenery and Wonderful Place!! Extensive, very diverse colors and fauna. The entry seemed reasonable regarding Parque Talampaya, June 2024 we paid $25,000 in total. Super recommended! The visit is long, in vehicles, so people with low mobility can do it, at the end of the tour there is a cafeteria. Best time to visit we were recommended in September.

Safety pin!!! Beautiful place!! A very nice experience. Beautiful tour, a guide explains very well on each descent. General admission 10,000. Retirees 3,000. There is a restaurant "Los Rastros" where you can have a drink or lunch at affordable prices. Bathrooms in the restaurant or outside, very clean. There are stalls with crafts for sale.
Excellent 4-hour excursion visiting all the figures in the park, just keep in mind that you have to go by car because it is done only by car in a caravan with the guides and you visit the most notable points of the park… beautiful unique place
Needless to say, if you visit San Juan you have to stop by and see what they taught us in school as kids. The road to Ischigualasto can be done perfectly alone, until you reach the entrance where you currently pay (October 2023 $3,500 per person) and wait for the caravan of cars to leave. They leave approximately every hour. If you have to wait or at the end of the tour, you can visit the museum, which is free, and use the bathrooms. Quite the opposite of what happens on the Talampaya side (which I am going to detail in that topic)
