<p>Well much to my surprise, the trip took one hour from the airport. The price changed a bit just before departure but at least I was notified by email and took care of the small additional costs,. Wow a very long drive but well worth the result. Taormina is beautiful and high up on a mountain and just 15 minutes to the beach. The driver did not speak much Engilsh so be prepared to have a lot of silence along the way. He drove quickly and carefully. Great job.</p>
