Great communication and Erick was a perfect driver. Collection from airport to our hotel in Tulum was easy and information provided. Really comfortable with wifi and cold water. Mercedes was lovely. Perfect.

Bolly was our driver. He was amazing! First, he was very friendly and helpful. Bolly gave us a lot of great information on things we can do while we stay in Tulum. We felt comfortable and safe with driving us. One of our party was an elderly person and he took great care of her! The Mercedes was comfortable and clean!

Eduardo and STP were amazing. He pick our family of four at CUN to transport us to Alaya Tulum. Upon arrival, Eduardo was communicating with us via text which made us feel very confident. He greeted us on both journeys with cold towels and water. I would highly recommend Eduardo.
