Our guide Claude was the best ! Comfortable private van and perfect amount of time with the audio guide followed by the garden
Our tour guide/driver was exceptional. The guide was thorough and knowledgeable. At the same time, she read the room and picked up on particular areas of interest from our group. The car was well maintained and driving safe.
Roseanne was a wonderful driver and guide. She showed us many sites in Paris on our way to Versailles. She was ready for us when we finished early because of a gardens and first floor being closed. Audio tour was great. Roseanne has us skip the line, got our tickets and was with us right until the entrance with priority access. Highly recommend this tour.
Our driver was amazing very funny, however keep in mind they pick you up and guide you to skip the line and then leave you and give you about 2 hours only to do it all and he was already calling us 15 mins before our meet up time. For as much as we paid I expected more. It was very much rushed and unorganized, I gave it 3 stars because the driver was funny and we skipped the line but when we got there at around 9 am there wasn’t a big line but the time we left around 11 the lines were long so if you don’t want to wait in line maybe it is worth it but don’t expect much. Definitely not worth the money.
Rosetta was excellent. She was very informative in let us know the history of paris and recommended us all the places we should visit during our stay in paris. She was punctual and on time and with patience since we are traveling with an infant. Definitely will recommending friends and family to use this service. Overall my family had an wonderful time in Versailles and would go again to this beautiful city.

He was very knowledgeable about the art and history of the time. Also very friendly and funny. He gave us time to walk around and ask questions. I would take another tour with him anytime.
