Tour is alleen in het Engels. Ga op reis naar Versailles, een UNESCO Werelderfgoed, met arrangementen op maat die passen bij uw schema en budget. Upgrade voor een ervaring met kleine groepen en verleng uw bezoek aan de paleizen Grand en Petit Trianon. Kies vervoer : ontmoet op de site, ophalen in het centrum van Parijs, of ophalen in het hotel in het westen van Parijs. Tours duren ongeveer 1,5 - 2,5 uur voor halve dag opties, of 4 uur voor hele dag tours, geleid door deskundige gidsen. Duur varieert afhankelijk van de gekozen optie. Hoogtepunten zijn het King's State Apartment, de Spiegelzaal en nog veel meer. Klanten van een hele dag kunnen Trianon paleizen zelfstandig verkennen. Opgelet : Kies uit 4 rondleidingsopties voor een persoonlijke ervaring. Mis deze boeiende reis door de geschiedenis niet! De Tour heeft een minimum van 11 tot 28 reizigers (afhankelijk van de gekozen optie)

Kies ervoor om uw Gids direct ter plaatse te ontmoeten, uw ervaring te verbeteren met een ophaalservice vanaf een centraal ontmoetingspunt in Parijs of selecteer alternatieve vervoersopties, inclusief hotelophaalservice in het westelijke deel van Parijs. Alleen voor optie met transfer ( optie : 1,2,3 )
Optie : Geen overdracht Paleis : Rondleiding in het Engels 1 : 30 uur
Tuin : Rondleiding in de tuin gedurende 30 minuten. (Alleen beschikbaar voor Standaard, Kleine Groep en Semi-Privé opties. Essentiële groepen bezoeken op hun eigen.)
Na het begeleide gedeelte dompelt u zich onder in de grandeur van Versailles gedurende ongeveer 2 uur (voor rondleidingen van een halve dag) of 4 uur (voor rondleidingen van een hele dag) om in uw eigen tempo rond te dwalen en zelfstandig de schatten ervan te ontdekken.
Na 4 uur in Versailles voor de halve dag en 6 uur voor de hele dag, haalt uw chauffeur u op voor het kasteel om terug te keren naar Parijs. (behalve optie 5, geen transport)

Uw daadwerkelijke ophaaltijd is afhankelijk van uw locatie en wordt de dag voor uw bezoek per sms en/of e-mail bevestigd. _________________________________ Hotel Pickup & Drop-off Zone : Alleen beschikbaar in de westelijke wijken van Parijs (1e, 6e, 7e, 8e, 15e, 16e en westelijke delen van de 2e, 5e, 14e, 17e). Wij bieden hotel pick-up wanneer de omstandigheden het toelaten. Echter, in Parijs zijn er veel beperkingen, zoals busbanen, eenrichtingsverkeer en no-stop zones. Hierdoor is het niet altijd mogelijk om u direct voor uw hotel op te halen. - Onze tours zijn beperkt, we kunnen boekingen op het laatste moment om welke reden dan ook niet annuleren of wijzigen. Tickets worden niet terugbetaald door de musea. Annuleringen binnen 24 uur na de datum van het evenement of no-shows zullen 100% annuleringskosten in rekening brengen.
- Deelnemers moeten bereid zijn om hun Gids ongeveer 3 uur te volgen. Het paleis van Versailles kan behoorlijk druk zijn, en we moeten ons houden aan de geplande bezoektijden. Houd er rekening mee dat de Gids geen persoonlijke hulp kan bieden. Als u zich zorgen maakt over loopproblemen, gezondheidsproblemen of andere overwegingen, raden we u aan uw deelname aan deze tour te heroverwegen om een plezierige ervaring voor iedereen te garanderen.
- De tour wordt niet aanbevolen voor mensen met een handicap, vooral voor mensen die moeite hebben met het lopen van lange afstanden of het beklimmen van trappen, omdat Versailles erg groot is en talloze trappen en ongelijke kasseien omvat, zowel binnen in de gebouwen als in de tuinen
- Ons voertuig is niet geschikt voor passagiers met een handicap, we hebben niet de capaciteit om ook rolstoelen te vervoeren.

Having a tour guide like Chris made the entire experience so much better and brought clarity and understanding of French art and artifacts.
I have wanted to visit Versailles most of my adult life and we couldn't have had a better guide. She was very knowledgeable and was able to explain the history behind the Bourbons and the palace. Everything was so convenient from when we stepped off the van to getting back on. Thank you! I will never forget it.
Although the palace and garden were beautiful, our tour was rushed. Naomi, our tour guide, did not allow for time to take pictures or explore. There was a retired couple who needed to take a break and she only allowed them five minutes and encouraged them to “power through.” We felt as if she had something else to do immediately afterwards and we were not a priority. While we are not looking for a refund, we felt it important to share the experience for future customers. Since we arrived in France, we have taken five tours and this one is the only one that did not meet our expectations.

We fully understand your frustration regarding the pace of the tour and the limited time available to take photos or explore the site. Due to the current high temperatures in Paris, our guides have received specific instructions to keep groups moving more quickly inside the château, in order to avoid long periods of standing still and to help ensure the comfort and safety of all visitors. We would also like to remind guests that the Palace of Versailles is a very large site, and this type of tour requires a certain level of physical ability. Participants should generally be able to stand and follow the guide for approximately 2 to 3 hours, sometimes with limited opportunities to sit down, depending on the crowds and the conditions on site. If a visitor feels they may not be able to keep up with this pace, it is best to inform us before the tour or consider cancelling, in order to avoid an uncomfortable experience. That being said, these constraints should not have made you feel rushed or as though you were not a priority. We also regret that the couple who needed a break felt they did not receive sufficient attention and support. The tour was great. Nafi, our guide was very good explaining the history of the Versailles p”Palace and the gardens. Our driver, Sumith picked us up from the hotel and dropped us off at the hotel at the end of the tour with great care. Thank you Nafi and Sumith for a very pleasant experience. We highly recommend this tour.
Even though it was hot so very hot. The tour was fabulous. So much beauty and history! Such a great tour!
Although a little bit pricey, however if gives us a peace of mind especially when in comes to transportation in going to Versailles with our limited time spent in Paris. Tour guide Namfi is very knowledgeable about the history of the palace in addition to what we had learned from books and documentary films. She speaks so fluent English that we can really understand the history. With her guidance it’s easy for us navigate the place afterwards. I will give her 5 star for that tour.We are really satisfied the way she handles it.
We loved our tour and tour guide Nofi at Versailles. My poor review comes from the tour driver / operator leaving us at Versailles during a security incident that closed down all the exits. We could not get out in time to meet up with our guide. There was much confusion at the site and we were redirected several times to various exits that ended up being closed as we were trying to leave. My husband texted the tour operator stating we would be late but when we went to the meetup spot ten minutes late- there was no driver. We ended up paying for a very expensive taxi ride back into Paris. Viator has taken no responsibility - nor has the tour operator. No one even reached out to us to see if we were ok. Put a damper on what was a lovely day.

We are sincerely sorry that the security incident at Versailles caused confusion and stress during your visit. However, we would like to clarify an important point regarding the return transfer. Our driver did not leave immediately. He waited 10 minutes at the meeting point, inside the vehicle, with the other clients already on board. These clients were also waiting and can confirm that the driver remained there during this additional waiting time. As this is a shared tour, we have to apply the same rule for all guests. We cannot manage delays on a case-by-case basis, because if one party is late, the entire group is delayed. This would be unfair to the other clients and can also affect the rest of the day’s organization. Regarding your message, our records show that we received a message from you approximately six hours later, not at the time of the pickup. We did not receive any message or phone call during the actual meeting time. Had you contacted us directly at that moment, our customer service team would have responded quickly, as we are used to handling these situations in real time. We understand that having to take a taxi back to Paris was frustrating and costly, and we regret that this situation affected the end of your day. However, the delay was caused by an external security incident at Versailles, and the driver followed the scheduled procedure after waiting beyond the planned departure time. We remain sorry for the inconvenience, but we cannot accept responsibility for circumstances outside our control or for a late arrival at the meeting point after the driver had already waited. Our tour guide was outstanding! She provided wonderful information on Versailles and the kings and tips for visiting the gardens. Our only disappointment was the delayed start time and the fact that the driver would not allow us to be dropped off with another group much closer to our hotel, leaving us to travel 40 minutes extra back to our hotel. He told us he wasn’t a taxi!!! We weren’t asking for an extra stop just one significantly closer to our hotel and a stop he was already making. Not the best end to a wonderful day.
