- De tickets voor de Musical Show of Fountain Show zijn inbegrepen
- Kinderwagens kunnen bij de ingang van het paleis geweigerd worden.
- De Palace tour duurt 1,5 uur, maar voeg 30 minuten toe voor tickets en veiligheidscontroles.

Our tour guide, Leticia, was fantastic. She was very knowledgeable and always found us a great place to stand to listen to the history she was sharing. We had a tour of the palace and then had tickets to the Gardens and the Hamlet included. Unfortunately, we were there during the extreme heat so we weren’t able to go to Marie Antoinette’s estate due to an early closure, but no one could control that. They reimbursed us for this tickets very quickly. We truly enjoyed the tour and our guide.
We loved Versailles. It’s a stunning place inside filled with history and the gardens are also gorgeous and worth a visit!
Extensive walking in the garden area, pack or purchase waters to drink. Ruben was very knowledged and mad the experience fun!!

Thank you for your feedback. For clarification, the meeting point and meeting time were indicated on your voucher, and you were not present at the scheduled time. When you arrived after the departure of the initial tour, we nevertheless arranged an alternative guided tour and honored your all-access booking.
Our guide, Anne-Sophie was fantastic! The meeting point is easy to find. The Get Your Guide Office is right across the street from the train station (Versailles Rive Gauche). The office is to the right of McDonalds. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff there as well. Anne-Sophie made French history come alive as she explained different points of interest in each room. She navigated the crowds flawlessly and provided headphones so we could all hear well. She answered all of our questions and even encouraged them. We freely explored the gardens and Trionons after (as we booked the garden ticket that included them). It’s a very vast estate so make sure to wear comfortable shoes. I had about 20,000 steps that day and that’s with using the “petit train”that goes between the palace and the Trionons. Thank you for a great tour, Anne-Sophie!
