I am a 68 yr old, out of shape and haven’t been on a bike for many, many years. I am not saying it wasn’t hard and I had to walk up some slopes, but I would do it again. Our guide was lovely and very informative. We visited areas of the grounds you can only cover with a bike. Highly recommend!
Anna was wonderful! She was knowledgeable, fun, and easy to chat with! We really enjoyed her company. 10/10 recommend!
What an amazing experience to bike through the Versailles park. It was beautiful, refreshing and very educational
Thank you so much, Noelle. We’re delighted to hear you had such an amazing time biking through the Versailles park. We hope to welcome you back for another adventure in Versailles soon. 🚲🌿
Breezy, beautiful, relaxing, fun. A wonderful bike ride through the gardens and streets of Versailles. Phoebe are tour guide was friendly and took good care of us. I was expecting to go closer to the chateau — the gardens and such. But ultimately, I was happy with the trip.
Thank you for your lovely review, Alison 🚲. We're happy to hear you had such a relaxing and fun ride. Thanks as well for your feedback, we've carefully designed our route to get you as close as possible to the Palace and the French Gardens while creating the best biking experience Versailles has to offer. We're glad you enjoyed the tour, and we hope to welcome you back to Versailles again someday 😊.
Easy, informative and fun tour. We saw so much of the gardens that we otherwise would not have. The educated tour guide help us understand the history which was great before going into the palace because we did not have to stop and read everything. Highly recommend the tour before going inside the palace.
We loved this tour. Our guide Yasmin was very informative and enthusiastic about the Palace and surroundings. It was lots of fun.
Our most fun activity during our nine days in France! Alex and the owner of this bike company are terrific folks. They are knowledgeable and have excellent routes for exploring the city!

Ask for the e bike if you want one. They have both kind of bikes for you to choose from, ebike makes it sooo much easier !
Thank you so much, Jackie! 🚲✨ We’re thrilled you enjoyed your Versailles Bike Tour and found the e-bike option helpful, it really does make exploring effortless. We hope to welcome you back for another adventure soon!
Easy going bike around the lake and woods at Versailles. Alex was an excellent guide! Would have liked the tour to be longer, 3-4 hours instead of 2 since the grounds are so big.
Thank you so much, Karen🚴♀️ We’re delighted to hear you enjoyed exploring Versailles with Alex. We completely understand your wish for a longer ride; the grounds are so vast and beautiful! For guests who’d like to spend even more time discovering the park at their own pace, we also offer bike rentals. We’d love to welcome you back for another adventure soon!
If you're into a more engaged experience with a lot of movement and a calm wind in your face, get a bike tour. Our tour guide was kind and generous about the directions we wanted to go in, but ultimately we kept to a specific path that led us to some fascinating locations around the famous palace. This is NOT a tour if you want to see the palace interior or gardens, however. I also would not recommend doing both this bike tour or an inside palace tour because you'll get a lot of the same information and twice the fatigue. For my personal needs, a bike tour is the best kind of engagement.
Thank you so much for sharing your experience on our Versailles Bike Tour! We’re delighted you enjoyed the relaxed ride, the fresh air, and the fascinating stops around the palace with your guide. Our tour is designed to be about two hours long, which makes it active and engaging while still comfortable and suitable for everyone! As you mentioned, this experience is focused on the outdoors, so it does not include entry to the Palace interiors, the Trianon Estate, or the formal French Gardens. We keep it this way so guests have the freedom to explore those areas on their own if they want, either before or after the ride, at their own pace. We love offering this experience with the flexibility to enjoy Versailles however you like, all with the best value for your money. Thank you again for your thoughtful review, and we’d be thrilled to welcome you back for another adventure! 🚴♀️✨
