We mic up zodat je niets mist! - We bezoeken : het Château, Koninklijke Tuinen, Fonteinen, Marie Antoinette's Hamlet - Wij zijn lokaal naar Versailles, het is onze geboortestad! - Zie meer met gemak met de fiets en toegang tot plaatsen die de drukte niet doen.

Stop aan de voorkant van het kasteel om de scène te zetten en de dag te introduceren.
De stad Versailles (ons huis!) om de lokale markt verkopers te ontmoeten en proeven van een scala aan kazen en winkel voor onze picknick lunch (kosten niet inbegrepen).
Bezoek de Koninklijke Tuinen & Fonteinen.
Parkeer de fietsen om in de voetsporen te treden van de beroemdste koningin van Frankrijk, Marie-Antoinette.
Nadat we honger hebben gewekt leggen we onze authentieke Franse picknicklunch klaar aan het Canal Grande. Picknick op kosten van de gasten.
Na de picknick verkennen we het Château : State Rooms, King’s bedroom & Hall of Mirrors. We zijn er trots op een van de weinige tours te zijn die een vergunning hebben om binnen te Gids.

The guided tours and bike ride through Versailles was the highlight of my trip to Paris. I could not have asked for a better way to experience the history and culture of the palace, and our guides Maggie and Lola made the entire experience fun and unforgettable. The tour is a great way to efficiently cover the highlights of the palace, and the insights into french society of the day helped to complement the understanding of the structures and outdoor projects. For anyone wanting to create long-lasting memories of Paris and/or a trip to Versailles, I would highly recommend this touring experience.
What a great time we had! Our tour guides were fantastic, knowledgeable, and fun. It was a great mix of biking, walking, learning, and conversation. The market food we bought was delicious and the picnic was perfect. I did some research ahead of time and one of the selling points of this tour was the fact that it included a guided tour of the palace which I can't imagine not having. The whole experience was one of the highlights of our trip!
We had an incredible Versailles experience from start to finish! The day was perfectly organized and included everything we hoped for—a visit to the local market, a scenic bike ride through the estate, a relaxing picnic by the Grand Canal, the charming Queen’s Hamlet, the beautiful gardens, and, of course, the magnificent Palace of Versailles. Maggie was our guide for the bike portion, and she made the day so much fun. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and kept the group engaged while sharing fascinating stories about the estate. The bike ride was one of the highlights of our trip and gave us a chance to experience parts of Versailles we never would have seen on our own. Clara guided us through the palace, and she did an excellent job bringing the history and artwork to life. She was informative, engaging, and made navigating the crowds much easier while pointing out details we would have otherwise missed. Everyone we interacted with was welcoming, accommodating, and genuinely seemed to enjoy making sure guests had a great experience. This tour was the perfect balance of history, sightseeing, relaxation, and fun. It was one of the highlights of our time in France, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Versailles!

This tour surpassed all expectations I had!! I’d been to Paris a few times and always wanted to see Versailles but never got around to it, but today was finally the day! A beautiful town that we got to bike around all day, see the market and have a picnic lunch with the most picturesque scenery!! I can’t even begin to express how great our guide, Sophia, was! She gave us such detailed information on Versailles (which I knew nothing about beforehand), and was just so fun to be around! Would do it all again to have her as my guide! The group was also so much fun, it was great getting to know other families and experience a super fun day all together!

We had such a lovely day with Matt. The tour of Versailles and the gardens were Interesting and left us wanting to learn more. The bike riding around the town, Market tasting, and then the picnic along the waterfront was dreamy. We really enjoyed Marie Antoinette’s hamlet too. Such a hidden gem. I would highly recommend this experience.

Bike ride through the town and visiting the market with a quick tasting before purchase was the best. Our favorite part of the tour was the picnic on the Grand Canal with time for a quick nap then visiting Marie Antoinette’s hamlet. Min was the best tour guide. Merci!
This was such an amazing way to experience Versailles! We LOVED our tour guide Paul and everything was so seamless! PROS: • You get a private tour of Versailles with a phenomenal guide (shout-out to Eleanor!)....this is huge because you get to skip the very long general line and use a separate side entrance. • The bikes are in great condition and the tour is at a flat, leisurely pace. • The picnic on the canal is beautiful--plenty of shade and lots of time to relax, take a few photos and even nap if you want! • Gives you a great insider's perspective on Versailles...we got a lot more out of the day than if we had just gone on our own. 10/10 recommend! • We loved the pace of this tour...you get plenty of time to explore the palace, grounds and town without feeling rushed. CONS: • Meeting point is a bit difficult to find...definitely watch the YouTube video and give yourself more time than you think (we almost missed the train!). • The food market in Versailles is billed as one of the best in France but it's pretty meh. We were given an hour to peruse but it's small and you really only need about 20 minutes. There are some cute cafes and a great boulangerie for sandwiches though.
