Vanuit Uyuni: privétransfer naar Potosí of Sucre

The driver, Christopher, was fantastic. Comfortable car, smooth ride, stopped on request and got us to our destination in plenty of time. He was very friendly and we would rate this 5/5 if it were just for the drive. HOWEVER. The tour company was a disaster to work with. We booked and paid well in advance and sent multiple messages through both Viator and WhatsApp the day prior to the experience (note we had been off grid for 3 days prior so couldn’t contact them at that point, though would have expected them to do so anyway). Messages went unread, likewise the morning of the supposed experience - we had no idea what time the car was meant to pick us up or if this pre-paid trip was even going ahead. Thankfully we found the actual physical address of the company in Uyuni and had to go there in person to try and get an understanding of the situation. It was blatantly clear that they had completely forgotten. We then agreed on a time and the driver was 30mn late - to us it seemed the company had forgotten our booking and had to call in the driver at the very last second that morning. This was a lot of stress after 3 days trekking off-grid and incredibly unprofessional. The tour company gets a token 1/5 but I wish to emphasise once again that Christopher the driver gets 5/5.
