- Zorg dat u op het afgesproken tijdstip op uw voucher aanwezig bent. In geval van late aankomst voor het inchecken of het missen van de bus, kunnen we de toegang tot het paleis niet garanderen. Verschuiving is afhankelijk van beschikbaarheid en kan extra kosten met zich meebrengen.
- De paleistuinen zijn gratis van november tot maart, dus er zijn geen tickets nodig tijdens deze periode. (Prijzen worden dienovereenkomstig aangepast) Er zijn geen muzikale of fonteinshows tijdens deze maanden.
- Geen toiletten aan boord: Houd er rekening mee dat er geen toiletten beschikbaar zijn in de bus.
- In het zeldzame geval dat de bustransfer niet kan worden uitgevoerd door onvoorziene omstandigheden, wordt in plaats daarvan gebruik gemaakt van het openbaar vervoer, vergezeld van een vertegenwoordiger van GetYourGuide.

The meeting place was clear. The guide was very knowledgeable about the history and art in the palace. He also reminded us about being safe in the crowded rooms. After the tour some guests rented a golf cart to view the gardens. Others walked to the nearby restaurants to enjoy a meal and a cool beverage. Great tour!
Confusion because of lack of busses, so we had to walk to train station and wait for tickets. Probably a delay total of 2 hours. Out of tours control it was extremely hot, which made the tour challenging.

We had to cancel the Versailles tour during to Bus problems. Our tour date was Bastille Day and the busses could not access our meeting point due to parade road blocks. They walked us to a train station, but the ticket provider kept getting delayed. After our 8:30am departure time got pushed back to around 9:40 am, we had to cancel and walkaway because of conflicting afternoon plans. The provider was nice and provided a full refund. It was no fault of theirs or the bus company, just the lack of city organization.

It was a good tour, good guide, and free time. Les Pettites restaurant below in the garden required a reservation. There was a sandwich shop close by that was walk up counter service.
One of my family's favorite tours in Paris. So beautiful! Tour guide was fun and energetic. My whole family (young and adults) enjoyed
The overall experience was good, Versailles is beautiful and a must to visit. As far as the logistics, the meeting time was not very clear, our tickets had an entry time of 8:45, so since there was no meeting time on the tickets, we got to the get your guide office at 7:30 to find out they didn’t open until 8:15, I did message them the day before, but no one replied. Once the staff got it, they told us to come back at 8:55 At the end of the tour we didn’t know a new tour guide would meet us to take us back, so we sat there and they thought we were no show, but we walked to the bus with everyone else when we saw people that were in our bus earlier.
Our guide was excellent and provided a great deal of detail on each of the rooms, which our 18-yr old history buff grandson really enjoyed. She left us though to find the gardens on our own, which was a bit confusing there at the end. Would have preferred she get us out there before leaving. We rented a golf cart to see more of the gardens in the 2 hours we had left, which was a great decision! The best thing about the tour ending was that the bus left us close enough to the Eiffel Tower that we could walk to it! Will probably rebook this one when we take our granddaughter in 2028.
This was a really good way to navigate a first time visit to Versailles. Overall timing for the day was good - we saw all the highlights in the palace and still had a good 3 hours to explore to the gardens, which was just right.
