It was such a beautiful experience! Our tour operator, Ozuk, helped us so well. (We stumbled on his place by accident. It's very hidden.) Since it had been raining the day before we came, all flights had been cancelled and flights on the first clear day would have been very expensive, so he helped us to get cheaper flights than we expected for the day after (€380 for two people). (Pre-booking isn't necessarily safer, just by the way.) He helped us every step of the way. It worked out cheaper to pay in cash, and this was a bit of a hassle, but still worked fine. It was a little crazy because the prices seem to change by the minute! We expected a bit more when they said they include a light breakfast, but it was only a very little snack. (Which was fine as we didn't really go for this specifically...) The flight itself was lovely. They picked us up at 4am right at our hotel and brought us back at about 9am. We were about 28 people in the balloon but didn't feel cramped as only 3-4 people are allowed per "room". No winds on the day so we didn't really fly far, mostly up and down for more than an hour...but this helped as it wasn't as cold as we expected. Really beautiful! (I would say that watching the balloons was already worth it and free of cost...the flying was lovely but I don't think you'd really be devastated if you couldn't go up if you'd at least have seen the balloons.) Overall, our experience with this operator was definitely worth it!
