What an amazing start to the day and a highlight of Cappadocia. My first time in a hot air balloon and the whole experience was phenomenal. I was slightly sceptical of being up high (they take you up to 1000m) but within minutes any hesitation was gone and you’re in awe of the view and very much in the moment. The whole trip is maybe 2-2.5 hrs from pickup to drop off, they provide a light breakfast if you want, and the flight goes for an hour. Highly recommend Torquaz Balloons and Abdullah was an excellent pilot.

Our hot air balloon experience with Turquaz Balloon was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. The entire operation was extremely well organized. We were picked up on time from our hotel and taken to their office where we received a clear and professional briefing about the flight. A light breakfast was also provided, which was a nice touch before the early morning adventure. Afterward, we were transported to the launch site where everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. Our pilot, Captain Eftal, and his first officer were highly professional, experienced and reassuring throughout the journey. Their attention to safety and passenger comfort was evident from the moment we boarded. The flight itself was breathtaking. The views over Cappadocia at sunrise were simply unforgettable. The balloon ride was remarkably smooth and peaceful, allowing us to fully enjoy the spectacular scenery. What impressed us most was the landing. Captain Eftal executed an incredibly precise and gentle landing directly onto the trailer attached to the jeep, without any bumps or discomfort. Everything went smoothly, from the pick up at the hotel, the breakfast at the agency’s headquarters, the flight, the toast after the flight and the return to the hotel. Everyone was very nice and friendly. Selçuk, our pilot, was very clear with the safety instructions before the flight and during the landing procedures. He also pointed out all the interesting spots we should not miss. It was an amazing experience! We super recommend it. I would say it is a must do.

I had an amazing hot air balloon experience in Cappadocia. Our pilot, Bekit, and co-pilot, Berkan, were absolutely fantastic: very professional, friendly, and also really funny, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. Definitely recommendable!
