Onze schepen zijn state-of-the-art en exclusief ontworpen rekening houdend met de behoeften van passagiers en de routes die zij exploiteren. Ze hebben een panoramisch uitzicht, openluchtdekken en airconditioning, stewardess, een snackbar, toiletten, televisieschermen en bieden het hele jaar door continue vertrekken op lange uren. De boten zijn speciaal ontworpen en vervaardigd door het geweldige Ultramar-team in samenwerking met Midship Marine in New Orleans, VS, waarbij rekening werd gehouden met de behoeften van zowel lokale als toeristische passagiers en de speciale kenmerken van de route die het zal afleggen.

Make sure to check the schedule and ride with these guys. The boats and new and well balanced for the ride. We missed one of the times we wanted so we switch for an up charge to WinnJett (Wish I would have just waited for the hour) Easy to purchase tickets the day of well.
Be aware of pricing! When booking the ferry from cancun to Isla Mujeres, we were surprised that 2 adults and an 8yr old child, that we were also to be charged an adult price for our 8yr old. The justification was that depending on your child’s height, when they reach 1.2m, you will be charged as an adult. So if you have very tall young children, be aware. I think this was an absaloute con, however cannot fault the service afterwards. If you are at the top of the ferry, also be aware that when there is a singer/entertainer …. Even I you don’t think their service has been great, they will hold a Vase (yes a vase not a cup) in your face for a tip afterwards!

Viator ONLY provides voucher. Make sure to obtain actual tickets at the ferry ticket counter. This step should be highlighted in the promo. In addition, there is no savings in purchasing through Viator.
The guy at the ticket window was skrptical of what had for a voucher. Easier to buy tickets at terminal.

I was refused my tickets upon arrival. I had to purchase new tickets to make it to my excursion. I would NOT recommend
It is a waste of time to or buy tickets. You still need to go to the ticketing office to get your voucher for the boat. The ticket they send you do not get you on the boat. I had to wait I. Line for over 30 minutes for the ticket and missed the ferrry I wanted to get on.
