Dompel jezelf onder in het regenwoud door een tocht te maken op onze wereldberoemde natuurbeleveniscruise. Tijdens je 60 - 90 minuten durende reis glijd je langzaam langs de Daintree River terwijl een van onze lokale gidsen hun kennis deelt over het unieke tropische ecosysteem. Onderweg krijgt u ook de kans om inheemse dieren in het wild te zien, zoals estuariene krokodillen in hun natuurlijke habitat. We willen dat elke gast die bij ons op bezoek komt, net zoveel van de rivier houdt als wij. Hoewel we niet kunnen garanderen welke dieren je zult zien, biedt elke cruise een unieke ervaring. We moedigen u aan om het meeste uit uw reis te halen door al uw vragen te stellen.

well organized, crocodiles seen
arrived slightly earlier for the tour. we were given a lovely cup of coffee and biscuits. we were shown the lovely garden where we were entertained by many birds visiting the trees, birdsong glorious. our tour started on time and we were lucky to spot many birds, saltwater crocodiles and a Common Tree snake. Our guide for the day was very accomodating in getting the boat in the right position for all to get photos. The information about the animals, birds and reptiles that was imparted by Steph our guide was top shelf. He was also very tolerant and answered all questions completely.
We booked a private river cruise (10 people) with Daintree River Cruise Centre. They were very accommodating with timing and got us out on the river earlier as we had arrived a bit early. We were concerned that we might not see that much wildlife because of the weather (rainy), but we saw a bunch of crocs and a lot of birds, including a beautiful kingfisher. Our guide was knowledgeable and experienced, shared lots of stories, answered all of our questions, and understood how to keep safe on the river.
A great cruise on the Daintree river. We went to see crocodiles and crocs we saw! A big male and a female enjoying the sun on the banks of the river. Very enjoyable, coupled with a walk in the Mossman gorge afterwards: exceptional!
Ultimate experience was not really ultimate. We paid for 7 and saw three crocs and three diffetent types of birds. We've been spoilt by our Kakadu experience.
We saw a lot of crocodiles unusually both in and out of the water. The guide was engaging entertaining and informative and manoeuvred the boat expertly to enable everyone to see safely.
Looked at the 4or 5 other cruise providers in the area and this seemed to have the nicest boats. Not disappointed! Free pre-cruise tea and biscuits, very friendly staff and then….. Crocodiles galore! Wow we saw so many, large and small, the guide was excellent and knew the names and stories of each croc as well as other stories about the area. Such a good experience.
