Begin uw dagtocht naar Jodhpur met ophalen bij uw centraal gelegen hotel in Udaipur of het treinstation Udaipur Junction. Kies uit meerdere vertrektijden (raadpleeg bij het boeken) volgens uw schema. Op weg naar Jodhpur stop je eerst bij het Kumbhalgarh Fort, dat op de werelderfgoedlijst van UNESCO staat. Geniet van het geweldige uitzicht en leer over de geschiedenis van het fort. Ga vervolgens naar het complex van de Ranakpur Jain-tempels in het Aravalli-gebergte en verbluft de bezoeker met zijn ingewikkelde houtsnijwerk en prachtige schoonheid. Leer meer over de geschiedenis van deze 15e-eeuwse tempel en de unieke architectuur, waaronder talloze pilaren. Bekijk de grote kolonie apen die de tempel en de omgeving bewonen. Kumbhalgarh fort ligt op ongeveer 3 uur rijden van Udaipur. Het is een mewar-fort gebouwd door Rana Sangha in de 15e eeuw. Dit fort staat op de werelderfgoedlijst van UNESCO. Het hoogtepunt van het fort is een 36 km lange ommuring, de tweede langste muur na de muur van China. De andere monumenten in het fort bestaan uit de ganesh-tempel en de jain-tempel.
Een van de beroemde en heilige plaatsen van Jains. De tempel ligt in het hart van de stad en is een architectonisch wonder. De structuur is echt enorm en loopt over meerdere verdiepingen. De tempel herbergt meer dan 400 pilaren, die allemaal prachtig gegraveerd zijn. De plaats is erg vredig en geeft zeker een geweldig heilig gevoel. Terwijl je hier bent, mag je de avond Aarti niet missen. U kunt een goed beeld krijgen van de geschiedenis van de tempel en de plaats van de priesterfamilie die de tempel beheert.
Na een bezoek aan de Ranakpur Jain-tempel, rijden we rechtstreeks naar Jodhpur en zetten we je af bij je vooraf geboekte hotel of andere gewenste locatie in Jodhpur.

We travelled from Udaipur to Jodhpur and these guys were great. We needed a bespoke journey because of our travel plans which meant 2 separate journeys and they were happy to accommodate. Our driver Parkash was a great guy, safe and reliable and very helpful, nothing too much trouble. Bittu who was the organiser kept in regular touch and was very communicative.

While Kumbhalgarh fort and Ranakpur Jain temple are extremely enjoyable and cannot be missed places to visit, the quality of car and driver provided by this particular vendor of viator are not of viator quality. The car provided had torn seats coveted with rather dirty towel. The driver was continuously eating pan and spitting from the running car opening his side door. He took us rather forcibly to a lunch place which is again sub par. He did not know that he should bring the car to us instead instructed us to go wherever he parked the car. Even so I tipped him sufficiently as I have no dispute with him but my problem is with visitor/their vendor. I feel certainly under served for the price I paid!
Prakash was very skillful and safe to be as a driver. He never crossed any speed limits neither he took and dangerous overtake anywhere

Mr bittu's and kailash were very helpful and accommodating. I had a great drive from Udaipur to jodhpur with all of the magical stops along the way. Kailash navigated the mountainous highway with ease and precision, and made me feel safe throughout the entire journey. The Kumbhalgarh fort was an absolute highlight! Being able to traverse through its rooms, battlements and parlours at my leisure was a dream. I would definitely recommended this to anyone, particularly a solo female traveller like myself. Nice taxi and driver, all good and reliable. We didn’t stop in the fort and temple but because we didn’t have the time so it is better to leave earlier during the day instead of the afternoon

We had a very good experience with udaipur tour and taxi Mr, Bittu . We had driver Jindal who drove us from udaipur to Rohatgardh and then to Jodhpur. Very nice driver and accommodates our requests. The cab service of udaipur tour and taxi is amazing. Honestly , was afraid to book the cab in the start, but I booked it anyway and the service was so amazing and that too with a very responsible price . I went ahead and booked the cab for 7 day udaipur city tour and Rajasthan tour (jodhpur+Jaisalmer+Jaipur) the driver are very professional and polite . Over all it has a good experience No hidden charges no extra kilometers added intentionally by drivers , reasonable price and good service .
