⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Romo was an outstanding guide from start to finish. He was consistently punctual, organized, and genuinely dedicated to making our trip as enjoyable as possible. His local knowledge helped us avoid crowds and discover the best places to visit and eat. He was always kind, discreet, and happy to help with anything we needed and he even took amazing photos of us during our trips! WOW WOW WOW, what an experience. First and foremost we have to thank our driver Ma-de. He was an amazing man who really made this whole experience worth it. He picked us up from our hotel on time at 9 am with an extremely clean vehicle. He also had waters for us. He greeted us with such warmth, respect and energy that gave us a great first impression. On our drives, he was extremely educational, able to answer any questions we had and was able to point out landmarks and information along the trip. During the itinerary stops, he made sure we knew exactly where to go and that we were comfortable. To be honest, some of the itinerary stops can have a lot of people so it can be overwhelming, but with Ma-de it was not overwhelming at all. He knew these places like the back of his hand and was able to guide us through anything we needed. He showed us restrooms, where we could grab food or drinks, and knew the best photo opportunity spots. He even took some photos for us on his own time, which we never even asked him to do. He was a funny and kind and respectful gentleman and made my wife feel comfortable as well. We weren’t able to do the temple portion of the trip, so he recommended a coffee plantation and it was incredible! The perfect substitution. It just shows Ma-de’s ability to adapt to his customers rather than just following a script. His photo taking and video capturing abilities were fantastic and he spoke amazing English. We are from the United States so this was an added bonus for us. He was also aware of when my wife was tired at certain times on the ride and showed amazing respect by letting her rest. This experience was absolutely fantastic and it was a huge part of our wedding anniversary trip. Now for the itinerary. The first waterfall was WOW picturesque. Amazing for all of your Instagram needs. The second waterfall was beautiful!!! Especially the walk through all of the greenery to get there. The coffee plantation was incredible!!! You walk through a garden with fresh grown fruits and vegetables and then you are shown the whole entire coffee roasting process and even get to participate a little. After that, they give a combination of 14 coffees, teas and hot chocolate. They were all soooo delicious! They have amazing photo opportunities and a shop! We left with buying a coffee and tea box for some family. Then we did the swing. WOW what a thrilling and beautiful experience. This location was jaw dropping beautiful. The workers there took amazing pics and videos of us while on the swing too. It was so fun. Afterwards we had a traditional Balinese lunch. It came with a bowl of sweet potato chips, eggs rolls, a choice of a traditional Balinese main dish and fruit for dessert, plus water and a ginger lime taster. We loved the food and felt refueled. Then we finished with the rice terraces! So beautiful and so many opportunities to add on zip lines, and swings. Even if you didn’t want to add on, there are so many photo spots and a cute cafe. Overall this was a 10/10 experience. We feel like we got to really experience Ubud because of this booking. This was about an 6-7 hour experience but the day flew by because we had so much fun. The admission/ticket price was fair given all the things we did plus lunch, plus the private experience. We will remember all of the amazing views and spots, but genuinely, we will always remember and be grateful for Ma-de and his hospitality, service, warmth, energy and respect. Thank you! This tour was absolutely incredible from start to finish! Hendra was an outstanding guide who truly went above and beyond to make the day special. He welcomed us with the biggest smile, was incredibly kind and helpful throughout, and made sure every moment was enjoyable. He took loads of amazing photos for us, adjusted the itinerary so we could make the most of every stop, and looked after us with so much care, patience, and attention. He even taught us about Bali, the culture and the symbolisms of the scenery. His English was also amazing, so communication was extremely easy! The tour itself was fantastic, every destination was breathtaking, and even the drive between each stop was filled with beautiful scenery. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience and am so grateful to Hendra for making it such an unforgettable day. Highly recommended!

This tour was absolutely amazing! Hendra, our guide, went above and beyond the whole experience. He was extremely helpful, greeted us with the biggest smile and made the whole day an amazing memory! He took so many amazing pictures, he adapted the plan so we could enjoy it as much as possible and he took us everywhere with so much care and patience. I have nothing but gratitude to him and for the tour itself. Everywhere was stunning, and the views on the journey were beautiful, too!

Our tour of Ubud was very enjoyable and pleasant. Gede was very accommodating and friendly, and was a great guide when exploring the area. He was an all around great guy with a great sense of humour that made the trip all the more enjoyable. Would highly recommend him for anyone in search of a guide in Bali.

Our tour around Ubud started at 8am and ended at 5pm. During this time, and thanks to our guide Ma-de; we could experienced the best places around Ubud with excellent explanations and details provided by Ma-de. We have visited the Tegalagang rice plantation, lovely place especially at early morning, then we had a unique experience with the purification moment in Tirta Empul temple, Before going to lunch (Babi Guling Warung) we stopped by the Tibumana waterfall for a wonderful swimming time below the cascade). We finally ended with another waterfall (Kanto lampo) to conclude our journey and retuning back to Ubud. A big thanks to Ma-de for having made possible this tour so pleasant for our family !
