An unforgettable experience. The museum has a fabulous archaeological background, and the building it is in is fantastic.
They kept sending me the voucher but no ticket. I got to the museum and they don’t accept the voucher. Only a ticket. I called support, he told me they sent to the Friday before and that morning. I told him that I only received a voucher and it wasn’t accepted. I had the museum manager speak to him and she also got nowhere with him. Finally he told her, he would cancel and refund. I bought tickets directly through the museum. Then after over 30 minutes….finally he sent actual tickets via email. Too late. I am waiting for my refund….
Beaware of groups of school children and adult groups as the noise they make, that is the person leading group speaking into a mike to them, you can't hear the voice on your headset. They make it imposible to follow whats being said.

I booked for the Egyptian museum in Turin, I received confirmation but never the QR. I sent them an email asking for my confirmation and I only had a barcoded message, the same one I took and presented at the locker. This barcode was never accepted at the entrance to the museum. We had to pay for nine tickets again and when I claimed I was told that it was not their responsibility that I did not have internet to be able to download the passes with QR that they sent me the same day that I had the reservation a few minutes before the time that I had booked plus the sender of the email was not Trip advisor, by the way I paid 35 euros in the application and at the box office they were worth only 18 euros.
Buenos días, tal y como se indica en la página web donde realizó la reserva, su entrada oficial, único documento que permite el acceso al museo, le fue enviada por VIATOR dos días antes de la visita y, por seguridad, a las 8 de la mañana del mismo día de la visita. En la página web de VIATOR también se indica claramente que ningún otro documento presentado en la entrada habría permitido la visita. Lamentamos las molestias, pero este procedimiento nos permite atender a miles de clientes sin ningún problema.
