Volg een gepassioneerde truffeldeskundige in een spannende en leerrijke Truffle Hunt omringd door de groene bossen van Umbrië!

Ongeveer 10 minuten met de auto van Assisi kun je deze speciale ervaring doen. Onze truffeljager zal je laten zien hoe je truffels door het bos kunt vinden, hoe je ze op de beste manier kunt gebruiken, je alle geheimen kunt bieden en bovendien kunt koken en ervan kunt genieten. Het begint 's ochtends in de Winery. Van daaruit zullen we samen met een truffeljager genieten van een wandeling in een bos met getrainde honden op de zogenaamde zwarte diamant van Umbrië, truffel. Je brengt de ochtend door met het ontdekken van deze oude en typisch Umbrische kunst en dan gaan we terug naar de wijnmakerij om dit kostbare ingrediënt te proeven in verschillende traditionele gerechten gecombineerd met biologische wijnen. Let op: we wandelen op het platteland, dus je hebt daarvoor geschikte schoenen nodig (hardlopers zijn ok). Laat het ons weten als u niet op oneffen terrein kunt lopen, we zullen ongeveer 1 uur - 1:30 uur wandelen in het bos, of als u speciale dieetwensen heeft (bijv. Vegetarisch, allergieën ...) Als we slecht weer hebben, nemen we contact met u op om er zeker van te zijn dat u er nog klaar voor bent!

- Het truffelreservaat ligt op 2 km van het ontmoetingspunt, dus u moet met de auto of een beschikbare taxi komen om het reservaat te bereiken.

This was an absolutely wonderful and unique experience, everything about it was top tier! We loved following the dogs through the woods and watching in amazement as they found the truffles, and our guides were so friendly and made the whole day so fun! The meal afterwards was an incredible home-cooked meal, with every course somehow being better than the last! We left with some of their homemade balsamic, and wished we had more room in our suitcase to leave with wine as well!

Even in the rain the truffle hunt was delightful. The guides were knowledgeable and pup Dodo was as skilled as he was adorable. Bring your appetite! The lunch with wine pairings did not disappoint. Everything was delicious and you felt like you were being served by family.

Absolutely great experience! Loved seeing a truffle hunting dog in action, and the wine and food pairing was delicious! Highly recommend for a beautiful day in Umbria!
We had an absolutely fantastic day! The Tili’s treated us like part of their family. Dado the truffle hunting dog made the day extra special. We never had so many truffles in our lives. The food and wine were perfection and the views stunning!
This was easily our favorite meal of the trip. We loved the truffle hunt--it was so fun and joyful--but the real treat was the lunch and wine that followed. I have a gluten and dairy allergy and they planned the meal so thoughtfully around me. It was spectacular. The food was fresh, unique and delicious--loaded with fresh truffles. And the view was stunning. The wine is special. And the family was so very kind. I cannot say enough good things about this experience. It is casual and informative and delicious. Highly recommend!
Fabulous experience! Beautiful dogs and ladies led our tour. The country side was was lovely. The lunch was very delicious and included the truffles the dogs located and wine produced at the farm. I especially enjoyed the eggplant parm prepared by Mama. Met a sweet couple from Calgary on their honeymoon. Very nice visiting with them. Highlight of our trip!
Laura and her family made this day wonderful. Her dog Dado is so smart and found truffles for the delicious lunch and wine we enjoyed after the hunt. The view at lunch was beautiful and made for a fun, informative and delicious time.
