Beroemde Blue Train Journey van Kandy naar Badulla (Ella) wordt beschouwd als een van de mooiste treinreizen ter wereld. Treintijden : 8.47 am 11.03 uur U ontvangt gereserveerde plaatsen en het stoelnummer wordt vermeld op het ticket. (Zetels worden uitgegeven vanuit 2e, 3e of 1e klas compartimenten op basis van beschikbaarheid.) U kunt de treintijd kiezen en ons uw voorkeursklasse doorgeven. We zullen ons best doen om het ticket van de betreffende te voorzien. We zullen de tijd & klasse vooraf informeren. Ook kunnen wij vervoer naar het station regelen tegen een redelijk tarief. Er is geen geprint ticket nodig. Wij sturen het e-ticket per whatsapp of e-mail naar je toe. Zorg ervoor dat u uw contactnummer vermeldt bij de reservering. Of anders kunt u ons een bericht sturen naar het door ons vermelde contactnummer.

Take the train in Sri Lanka . As buses are scamming fares . Buses are maverick we know petrol has gone up world wide .normal fare 470 rupee's yesterday 1000 and1000 for my case . This is totally ilegal . I said no . They told me too get off I said no . He came back issued ticket for 470 rupee's . Not a lot of money but it’s the principle don’t scam tourists . Be on your guard !!!

Be careful, the train does not depart from Kandy, but we do not tell you at the reservation.We come to pick you up in mini van, 3 hours drive in the mountain, to make only 2h30 train.At the price where are sold tickets c is limit of the scam.
Contacted this agency for super efficient train tickets in communication via WhatsApp and payment, the day before departure received electronic tickets..
We had a five-day trip around beautiful Sri Lanka with amazing guide and driver Theekshana, Theek, who brought us and gave us many great experiences, good advice and tips. We visited the theme market, temple, traveled by train to Ella, was on safari and many other small and large attractions. The biggest was all the friendly and beautiful people we met on the road . Such a tour was a wonderful way to experience Sri Lanka on.
Really well-organised day out. Very stress-free!! We had a driver from Kandy who was excellent. It was quite foggy but Amila was a superb driver. Following the cyclone we weren’t able to take the train from Kandy due to damage on the railway. So we were taken to Ambewela to catch the train. We still had two hours on the train, so it was fine. It was quite misty at times, so the views weren’t always Insta perfect 🤣, but we loved the haunted quality to the views. Highly recommend!!!
The train tour unfortunately had to be cancelled due to the severe weather at the end of November; the route was closed .., Chathuri then took care of us on a safari in the Udawalawa National Park and at the Orga of a private driver to Weligama. Communication and care and warmth could not be beaten! Thank you, Chathuri!!! - I would have liked to have told her personally, but unfortunately we did not meet. At any time I would entrust her and her agency again ‚
