Easy and safe. Only an hour from airport to resort. Driver was very communicative and waited patiently as our flight was slightly delayed. Very accommodating. Slightly expensive compared to uber, but worth it for safety and a guaranteed trip since we came in over night. No regrets!

I arrived in Panama on Wednesday, 3/25/26 and my suggested p/u time was 4p due to a 145p arrival; however, going through Customs was breezy and I had checked through with luggage by 230p. I contacted the Agent and noted I was ready to be picked up, and the most kind and professional driver was there within minutes to get me. Not only that; I left my jacket in the provider's car and after calling Viator to report; Viator contacted the provider, who confirmed I left in his car. The good news is, Viator confirmed my jacket would be returned the next day (Thursday) and it was returned as promised. The service offered by Viator is impeccable!
