Rijd snel op High-Speed motorboot naast de Grote schepen in het midden van het Panamakanaal en safari zijn wilde kant, observeer kapucijnen, brulapen, luiaards, tamarins of toekans.
Rijd in een Amerikaanse ex-militaire faciliteit. Snacks, toiletstop. Passeer het Gamboa - Smithsonian Tropical Research Institute en waag 2 km op het beroemde Bird Watcher Pipeline Trail, loop door de jungle en kijk uit naar een breed scala aan flora en fauna
De Centennial Bridge kruist de Culebra Cut (Gaillard Cut) dichtbij de Pedro Miguel-sluizen, waar we een korte stop zullen maken. Dit is een mooi schilderachtig uitzicht over de plek waar de oorspronkelijke Franse opgraving veel problemen had. De brug is een tuiontwerp met een totale overspanning van 1.052 m (3.451 ft). De hoofdoverspanning bedraagt 420 m (1380 ft) en maakt het kanaal 80 m (260 ft) vrij, waardoor grote schepen eronder kunnen varen.
Zorg dat je 45 min voor de ophaaltijd klaarstaat bij de lobby zodat alle deelnemers op tijd aan de tour beginnen. Booked this on my last day in Panama and it was totally worth it. Got lucky and got to see a lot of animals, including the monkeys which we got to feed! Manolo was our guide and he was super knowledgeable and has Eagle eyes, he spotted a sloth up in the trees while we were in the tour bus, how? He is passionate about the jungle and animals and it shows! I highly recommend this tour.
We liked the experience overall; the canal and the monkeys were the best, but it felt a little disorganized. We had no news of the exact pickup time or who our tour guide would be until late the night before. But they didn't contact us; they just replied after we texted them. We also felt there was a lack of communication during the tour. They stopped the bus in the middle of the road to the canal, and the guide and driver got off without explaining what was happening; they did this several times. We were honestly worried until they finally found what they were searching for: a sloth! Couldn't you have said that from the beginning?
From the very start to finish it was an amazing experience that I will remember for the rest of my life and Jazz was very good too.
The monkeys were fun and we did see a couple of well-hidden sloths, as well as a large alligator.
Yas was our tour guide! He was very informative and kind. The tour itself was an incredible experience with the monkeys eating out of our hands. We also saw some other widlife like a baby crocodile and an array of birds. The ride through the canal was exhilarating and amazing to be surrounded by the huge cargo ships. We didn't see any sloths in the park, however on our way out, we were able to see one off the side of the road. He was up in thr tree just hanging out and doing sloth things. We would definitely recommend to anyone who is a nature-lover.
Manolo is an amazing guide and it was a great experience. I would advise anyone who appreciates nature to do this tour.
The guide Manolo and the driver Daniel are an amazing team. Manolo's love for nature and his country is contagious. He is very knowledgeable and puts the extra effort to find wildlife (no other guide had their monocular with them). For the tour itself, the duration is perfect (half day) and very well organized. I highly recommend it.
Our tour guide, Jaz (pardon my spelling), was incredibly friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. The entire crew made sure that we had everything we needed and more for an enjoyable trip. A modern & comfortable bus picked us up at our hotel. They provided plenty of bottled water during the trip, and they also provided us with delicious -and free!- snacks halfway through (empanadas, plantains, and a good doughy bread). On the bus ride back, he provided us with complimentary cups of fresh pineapples. Overall, it was a fun, relaxed, and memorable trip. I highly recommend!
It was awesome! it's something you'll never forget
Had a wonderful afternoon with Jazz. We saw a sloth, several species of monkeys, crocodiles, and birds. Really enjoyed the tour and snacks!
