Gio was on time and friendly. The coordinator recommended a pickup time for our departure flight and got us to SJO on-time/early. Very reliable service!
Frank was awesome and let us stop for coffee and to see crocodiles. He also did his best to help me feel better when I was carsick.

We were very pleased with the reliable service provided by Ride Pura Vida, Oscar was very professional, patient and polite. Our 12:15 pm arrival flight was late and he was able to transfer us in time to pick up our reserved rental car in Jaco prior to the 5 pm deadline. Oscar waited patiently as one of my family members jumped out to go to the grocery store in Jaco. We were provided beverages and a well balance of temperature control. The van was clean and all seatbelts were operational. Thank you!
