Het enige wat u hoeft te doen is uw bagage op te halen en onze chauffeur te ontmoeten die op u wacht in de aankomsthal om uw reis naar de door u gekozen bestemming te beginnen. U hoeft zich geen zorgen te maken over vluchtvertragingen, lastige OV-schema's, drukke snelwegen, smalle en bochtige wegen, niet genoeg parkeerplaatsen. Het enige wat u hoeft te doen is ontspannen en genieten van de reis, wij gaan voor alles zorgen.

Ophaallocaties en -tijden
Uw chauffeur wacht op u in de aankomsthal van de luchthaven met een welkomstbord met uw naam erop. Geef ons alstublieft uw vluchtgegevens door, zodat wij deze van onze kant kunnen monitoren. Bij vertragingen zijn er extra kosten van toepassing. Het eerste uur is inbegrepen in de prijs van de transfer; na het eerste uur wordt een toeslag van EUR 40,00 per uur toegevoegd aan de kosten van de transfer. Extra kosten kunnen op de dag van de transfer rechtstreeks aan de chauffeur worden betaald, contant of met creditcard. Retourtransfers van uw accommodatie naar de luchthaven zijn op aanvraag beschikbaar. Als u speciale verzoeken heeft, aarzel dan niet om ons dit te laten weten.

Very simple, easy to find driver as soon as exit to arrival hall. Short walk to parked car. Comfortable, clean, and spacious vehicle. Perfect!

Be cautious when booking with this company. They failed to show up for our scheduled pickup, leaving us greatly disappointed. We waited at the airport for over 30 minutes, and despite our attempts to reach out, no one answered our calls or emails. Eventually, they sent us a text stating they were too busy to pick us up, which was incredibly unprofessional. The lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable, especially since we had a confirmation email and ticket in hand. I will never trust this company for transportation services again. If you value reliability and good customer service, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. This experience was absolutely terrible! We are from the USA
I am really sorry, but it is your problem and your fault. You could have thought ahead and book the service earlier. I have received the booking at 4:00am, only a few hours before your landing, in the middle of the night, when people are usually asleep and the offices are closed. I woke up by chance and found your request, I replied straight away, I explained the reasons why we couldn't provide the service and immediately issued the full refund. NO ANSWER FROM YOUR SIDE! If you thought about it yesterday and not left it at the very last minute while you were already on board the plane there wouldn't have been any problems and you could have allowed us to provide the service.
Our ride was on time, friendly, and efficiently delivered us to our hotel. The vehicle was very comfortable. I would highly recommend this service.
The driver was waiting for us right when we got our luggage. He was easy to spot. He took one of our bags for us and walked us to the waiting van. The van was spacious and clean. The drive was lovely and he had us there is no time! We were extremely pleased with the service and would use them again!
Booked, paid for, and received confirmation of my private transfer from Milan airport to Lake Como, landed in Milan, switched my phone on and checked my emails only to find that my private transfer was now cancelled. How am I supposed to rate it? We took the Train from the airport instead, cost about €30 for 2 of us, it was great and easy.
Dear customer, we are sorry for the inconvenience, but, as it was a very last minute booking, when we received your reservation details it was far too late for us to actually reach the airport to meet you. Although we tried, there was no way we could get in touch with you, we could only cancel the booking so that you could at least have a full refund. We always suggest our customers not to leave it until the last minute, as we are really busy here on Lake Como and we are not always able to fulfil last minute requests. Kind regards
