Bij aankomst van uw vlucht zal onze aangewezen chauffeur aanwezig zijn op uw aankomstterminal, met een tablet in de hand waarop uw naam staat. Wees gerust, de maximale wachttijd bedraagt 60 minuten. De chauffeur zal de vlucht volgen, zelfs in geval van vertraging De tijdens het boekingsproces geselecteerde tijd dient als geschatte schatting. Onze chauffeur zal aanwezig zijn op het precieze moment van de landing van uw vlucht. Houd uw telefoon of WhatsApp ingeschakeld in geval van nood.

This was a seamless experience. My flight was early and the driver was waiting promptly as I exited the Baggage Claim. The car was clean and cool during the heat wave, and my driver was considerate when I wanted to rest during the ride.
The Viator website kept saying that the pickup time was 6 AM. It was 8:45 PM and the provider was clear on that. It caused confusion on my end. The website never got corrected (even after several emails) but everything else worked fine. The driver was great.
It’s the best. My driver met me outside the exit and safely and expeditiously drove me to my hotel. It was the perfect welcome to Milano.
Giovanni was wonderful and easy to find after customs and baggage claim. I communication with him each step to ensure he was aware of our whereabouts in the airport.
Our flight got canceled and they told us … don’t worry we will ‘just move the time, no extra charge’. Our new flights got delayed and once again we were told no problem. When we arrived, Luca (our driver) was there to meet us … great guy 10/10

You are making a profit on the misfortune of travelers. The current situation with delayed and canceled flights should be taken into consideration. Through no fault of ours we weren’t able to make our connection to Milan. I notified Viator as soon as I knew, almost 24 hours in advance and you refused to grant a refund. It may not matter much to Viator but to ordinary working people it smarts. I vow to never use your services again and to spread the word of your greed.

What a relaxing, stress free way to get to your hotel from the airport. We were greeted outside of baggage claim and felt instantly welcomed. Driver was kind and courteous. Would book again.
