⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 – Absolutely Outstanding! Review for Luis Angel – Andes View Travel Luis Angel was an absolute gem from the moment we landed in Cusco. He was waiting for us at the airport with a clear sign, helped us with our luggage right away, and escorted us to a beautiful luxury van for the transfer to Ollantaytambo station. He was incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive — assisting with our bags, making sure we were comfortable, and even helping us board the train smoothly. His communication before and during the transfer was perfect, and everything ran exactly as promised. I honestly can’t say enough good things about him. He turned what could have been a stressful travel day into a relaxed and enjoyable experience. If you’re booking a transfer or tour in the Cusco/Sacred Valley area, do yourself a favor and request Luis Angel. He’s the real deal — 10/10 and highly recommended!

The driver was very unprofessional. He/she informed me that our airport pickup time was too early and asked if we’d booked a hotel. When I responded and informed him/her that we had not booked a hotel and sought more guidance I received no response. When we arrived at the airport he/she was not only there, but when Viator reached out he/she had the audacity to respond nonchalantly with no empathy. Despite my unpleasant experience I will continue using Viator, since my past experiences have been exemplary. Viator need to reconsider allowing this company to broadcast their services on their platform.
