Raak geïntrigeerd door fysiek naar de feiten van onze rijke geschiedenis te wandelen en ervaar uit de eerste hand de herinneringen van sommige gemeenschappen die niet langer bestaan. Van de kleurrijke huizen in Bo-Kaap tot de historische Langa en District Zes levendige gemeenschappen, het is een onvergetelijke ervaring van een halve dag die het potentieel heeft om je leven te veranderen.

De gasten worden om 08.30 uur opgehaald bij het hotel of op een andere locatie naar keuze en gaan vervolgens naar het District Six Museum, waar ze het bewijs van het Apartheid-systeem zullen vinden wanneer een hele buurt wordt stilgelegd en de mensen Vanaf daar gaan we naar de Langa Township en maken een wandeltocht door het gebied om contact te maken met de lokale bevolking en getuige te zijn van het lokale leven voordat we verder gaan naar Guga Sthebe, een cultureel centrum gerund door de overheid om de lokale bevolking te helpen en te trainen comunity over vaardigheden zoals kunst, muziek dansen en veel. Hier heb je ook de gelegenheid om kunst gemaakte souvenirs te kopen voordat je verder gaat voor een optionele Afrikaanse bierproeverij en dan terug te gaan naar het hotel

The driver was very friendly and knowledgeable about Cape Town and its history…. We learnt a lot in a day as opposed to what we knew previously. I would recommend it to any client.

I have to share the awesome time we had in Cape Town with the best tour guide ever! Seriously, this guy made our trip epic. The dude was practically a walking encyclopedia, but way more fun. What blew us away was his knack for storytelling. He could turn a simple history lesson into a gripping tale that had us hooked. It was like exploring the city with a live-action storyteller—it made all the difference. We got to know Sebastião on a personal level, and it was like hanging out with a long-lost friend. Excellent service from Sebastian. He was punctual, polite, professional, knowledgeable, friendly and flexible. Our guide through the Langa township, Naty, was equally professional and such good company. Friendly, informative and utterly appropriate. We spent an hour walking through the township, seeing the variety of dwellings and learning about the people who live here and the history ot the settlement. I can thoroughly recommend this tour. I was slighlty anxious and keen not to cause insult by our presence, but my concerns were unfounded.Do it, it`s a profound experience for first world travellers.
