I had a wonderful day on the Coba, Tulum and Cenote tour and would highly recommend it. I was the only English guest in a group of 14, but I was looked after exceptionally well throughout the day. A special thank you to our guide, Millie (Mildred), who made sure I never felt left out and took the time to explain things in English just for me. Thank you also to Eli, our driver, who got us everywhere safely and smoothly. Coba was definitely the highlight of the trip for me and the cenote was beautiful. My only suggestion for improvement would be around food. With a 7.20am pick-up and lunch not until around 2.30pm, it made for a very long day without something more substantial to eat. Snacks were kindly offered later in the afternoon, but I was fortunate that I had brought fruit with me. Perhaps a small snack stop or offering something earlier in the day would make the experience even better. Thank you again, Millie and Eli, for such a memorable day in Mexico!
This was a great tour. This was a girls’ trip and we all enjoyed this tour. It’s a long day but each part was unique and special. We went to Tulum first and then Cobá and a buffet lunch and two cenotes Cenote Mariposa and Chen-Ha. Our tour guide Mildred was really great. Informative and funny and caring. Fernando was our driver and he was kind and courteous and professional. Thank you for a great day!

Excellent experience, everything was top-notch; it is bad to compare, however, a similar tour in Mexico City with another agency was a disaster, very expensive, poorly attended, bad transportation, but with Ekinox and especially with Mildred, it was a luxury of a tour... everything, absolutely everything was excellent, good food, good service, excellent transportation, everything was punctual, we recommend it completely; if you want to have an experience and have your expectations met by 1000, this is the tour you should take.

The tour was awesome, and the tour guides, Moo and Estrella, were excellent and very knowledgeable about history.
Excellent trip from some girls from the DMV!
We were picked up in the morning right in front of our hotel, and then we headed towards Tulum, with a few stops along the way to pick up other guests. About 1.5 hours before arriving in Tulum, Angelito shared many interesting facts about the Mayans and Aztecs in a friendly and humorous way. Upon arriving in Tulum, we were able to view the various buildings and then had some time for photos, etc. After that, we headed towards the cenotes; beforehand, there was an open buffet, and at the end of the day, we had some time in Playa del Carmen. Estrella and Kauil were super friendly and organized; even the small conversations with the two gentlemen on the side left us with exciting content.
Everything was perfect! Estrella and Angel were the best guides and made the experience quite enjoyable. There was enough time to enjoy Tulum ruins and the Cenotes which were beautiful. The buffett lunch was very well served and delicious. Enough time at the Quinta Avenida in Playa del Carmen to explore some shopping. Really recommend it!
